Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora's Third-Person Update Practically Makes It a New PS5 Game 1

For as much criticism as Ubisoft gets, its post-release support is often absolutely extraordinary.

One case in point is Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora’s upcoming third-person update – it was one of the game’s most requested features at launch, and it’s coming for free.

That’s right, if you already own the game – or plan to pick it up in the near future – you won’t need to spend a single cent to play the entire campaign in third-person. It looks great too, with bespoke animations for the new mode.

What’s particularly cool is it looks like you can toggle between the two modes on the fly, so you’re never locked to a particular perspective.

Considering the game can also be had fairly cheap these days, this looks like a seriously impressive value add.
