I bought a lot of games, most of them on sale and a lot of indies. I bought probably +30 games but most of them were not full price and nowhere near as expensive as 200 or 300 reais in Brazil

This statics only take into consideration US, though, not that the rest of the world isn't following the same path, it probably is, but who knows

I wish i could buy more physical media, but a lot of times physical is more expensive than digital here in Brazil, but I'll probably get Ghost of Yotei in physical media, and probably an used copy

@PuppetMaster THANK YOU SO MUCH for replying, arguing and explaining things to some people here (including the author of this article) in a way that is both very informative and truthful. As someone who played the closed beta and is a total noob in fighting games, i completely agree with your statements. It takes a while to understand everything if you're a beginner but the flow of the combat and how easy the combos are to pull off makes this game so much fun and interesting for me

No surprises here. I don't even care about CoD since MW2 Remastered. The only thing i want from Microsoft is Gears of War trilogy remastered, State of Decay 3 and (maybe) Starfield on PS5. I was interested on buying an Xbox but after last week, I'd rather stay where i am (PS5 and PC)

This guy on Twitter seems to post only about Halo and Xbox, at least that's what I've seen in his last 10-15 posts or so. Boring

Anyway, not gonna double dip since i don't even own an Xbox Series anyway

@nomither6 as far as we know, the next Playstation will be out at the end of 2027, at the very least, so that's definitely far away

I wish i could, but 400 bucks in Brazil is too much for me. Maybe I'll get this one when it's on sale (physical media) or even buy used. Being a gamer in Brazil it's not that easy anymore but i wish all the best for SP and i hope this game sells very well. It's a wonderful game

Played the demo, had fun. Game clearly has potential, but performance was bad. Here's hoping that they'll fix this issue

lol everytime i read any news about a game that PS reviewed and they show the score they gave at the end of the article it's always a 7/10

Good for them, although the higher than average price in Brazil (400 reais instead of 350 on PS5. On Xbox and PC the price is 350 reais) will force me to skip this game for a long time. Won't be buying this game until it's at least 200 reais. Didn't read the review here, i never do, since i pretty much always disagree with every review this website has, so I'm pretty sure this game will be quite fun and a strong 9/10 for me (whenever i buy it)

Can't say i care. I'm not a big fan of EA's games, except Dragon Age (the older ones) and Mass Effect but i don't plan on buying their future games since BioWare simply lost their ability for making decent games

I didn't even know that the PC version of Intergrade had enhanced lighting, but it's good to know that they're coming to PS5 as well, i guess

Well, with games costing 400 reais in Brazil now (which is A LOT) it's no surprise that Sony is profiting this generation by doing almost nothing. I really enjoy playing on my PS5, but this is by far (HERE IT COMES) the worst generation ever from Sony. Too many remasters, insanely expensive games, most games are being ported to PC a year later costing way less than they do on PS5, a console that i have to open every month just to clean it so it won't be clogged with dust, a very unstable OS that keeps crashing every now and then when i go into the PS Store...AND SPEAKING OF WHICH, PS Store has the most horrible asset flip garbage scams being sold in their store, to the point where it's impossible to browse some parts of the store

I wish things could be different, i really do, but at this rate I'll have to switch sides and start supporting the company that actually doesn't overprice their games in Brazil (Microsoft), which is a sad thing to say because i have been playing on Playstation since PS1, but i value my money and Sony isn't helping me here. If they start using regional pricing in all games on PS6 then I'll change my mind, but I'm 99% sure this won't happen

I feel bad for my fellow brazilian gamers, who are always complaining to Playstation Brazil on their social medias about their horribly inflated prices, but they're just being ignored time and time again

So, in the end Playstation is the only one celebrating, because I sure as hell am not

Nixxes is the kind of studio that i don't care about, since they only port stuff to PC and the only thing they ever done on PS5 was that Horizon Remastered which was far from perfect when it launched. I just hope they don't ***** up the game on PS5

Best showcase of the year. Saros is my most anticipated game of 2026 and now I'm hyped for Wolverine as well. Nioh 3, Code Vein 2, Deus EX Remastered are also on my wishlist. I'm really excited about 2026, tbh

@PuppetMaster i read some negative comments about this showcase (including a few from someone that is always writing horrible takes about everything, though i never interacted with this person and I never will) that made me roll my eyes. Some people are just miserable, i guess lol

Bought this game full price last year, in April, but didn't play it yet. Maybe I'll play it next year, i dunno

No upgrade path = no buy, UNLESS the game on sale is almost the same price as the usual PS5 upgrade path (50 reais here in Brazil). Judgment is usually 60 bucks when it's on sale, so this one is OK. More expensive than this? Nope

Having said that, this version brings nothing interesting for me, so i think I'll skip it anyway

I never wanted to upgrade from my base PS5 and I'm glad i haven't. The difference between both consoles aren't as big as it was in the last gen, with both PS4 and PS4 Pro. Most games still run fine on base PS5 and the upgrades on Pro doesn't seem that substantial for me. Also, the price of the Pro is insanely high in my country, so that's another reason for me to just not upgrade. PS6 is around the corner, too, so it makes more sense to me to just save money and get a PS6

I'm just glad i own a base PS5 and this game runs really well on it, that's all that matters to me

If Sega pulls of the same ***** they did with the PS5 version of Judgment (forcing everyone to buy the game again), then I'll stick to the PS4 version of Yakuza 0 because i doubt this will be added as a free DLC to the base game of the PS4 version. Also, i don't play Yakuza games with english VAs

@JayJ that's what i heard, that the game suffers from performance issue. Might as well wait for a patch that can fix this

@Bionic-Spencer agreed and UE5 is pretty much involved in most games that have performance issues on both consoles and PC too

Hopefully this firmware can fix the CE-108262-9 error that me and others are getting either when playing games or even when accessing the PS Store. This issue has been happening since the last update and even after formatting my whole console the problem persists and it's quite annoying

@skaarj217 no, these aren't games, they're asset flip garbage trying to imitate real games. They're literally scams that are on PS Store to fool gamers. Unfortunately, Sony doesn't do almost anything to solve this issue. They removed a bunch of these crappy stuff a few months ago but not nearly enough

Since i own only an Xbox One, not a Series S|X I'll have no choice but to get this game on the Expensive Store on my PS5. We brazilians can't catch a break, man... I'm pretty sure this game will cost 30-40 reais more on PS5 than the Xbox version, as it is the case with all indie games. I hate this *****

I can't even think about getting a PS6 if Sony doesn't do something about their inflated prices on digital games (especially indies) on PS Store in Brazil. Why MGS3 Delta is costing 400 reais there but 350 reais on Xbox and Steam? Why Silksong is costing 60 reais on Nintendo and Steam (74 on Xbox) but 114 reais on PS Store? Outer Worlds 2 is costing 400 reais on PS Store and 300 reais on Xbox lol

And don't get me started on indie games. They're mostly overpriced on Playstation for no reason whatsoever. Their full price on Xbox is the price they have when they're on sale on PS Store, that's insane... and there are some very cool games that are not present on Playstation, like Loop Hero or Grim Dawn...WTF?

And I'm not even talking about the garbage asset flip scam "games" that Sony allows on their storefront.

i like my PS5 but I'm failing to see any advantages of having this console instead of a Xbox...or even a PC. There's almost no more PS5 exclusive games since they're all getting a PC port. I'll definitely gonna keep an eye on Microsoft and gaming notebooks in 2-3 years. I can still use my PS5 to play indie and 3rd party games for a long time, since it looks like console gen will extend beyond the usual 7 years

This is probably going to be my last gen with a PlayStation console, after owning all 5 Playstation machines, unless they reduce the price of their digital games and put a bunch of interesting PS6 games that won't be on PC eventually, otherwise i might as well jump ship and get me an Xbox (especially now that they're going PC-console hybrid style with multiple storefronts from PC) or just a PC, even though i hate playing on PC because of how unstable or outright broken some ports are

@BecauseBecause no, that's OK. I was informing you rather than criticizing you. And yes, anxiety can be quite bad as well. Some people have a really bad case of anxiety, while others have what we call GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), which is my case. The issues i have (OCD, GAD, Depression and SPD, which in my case is a very low tolerance for loud noises) are comorbidities of my autism, that's why i have so many things at once

If what you have doesn't affect your daily life, then you shouldn't worry about, but i would advise you to seek professional help to maybe treat this anxiety if it's still bad. The medicine I'm taking helped me a lot, and when i have a very serious case of severe anxiety i have an emergency antidepressant that cuts down my anxiety and makes me sleep.

Anyway, i really hope you're doing better now and i hope that at least what i said helped you (or maybe an anon, who knows) to inform about these stuff. Mental Health is very important, after all. Have a nice day

@BecauseBecause it's not OCD if you don't feel anxiety or any sort of panic if you ignore what your mind is telling you to do (like the trophy stuff you mentioned). OCD causes a lot of suffering and distress. Separating things by color or size (like you do with your games) doesn't necessarily mean you have OCD, sometimes it's just you organizing things on your own way and you just feel a satisfaction by doing it.

Your behavior can be considered OCD if you feel anxious, impaired in your daily life or forced to do whatever your mind is telling you to do (organizing things or playing games until you get all trophies, for example), otherwise you won't feel a sense of inner peace and you'll start to crumble, have repetitive thoughts about the thing you just ignored and so on. Since i don't know if you're diagnosed with OCD, I'm just making a very superficial assessment while trying to answer your question

Source: me, who has OCD, depression , anxiety disorder and autism, and take medicine to keep my suffering at minimum, but gladly, my OCD doesn't involve getting trophies in games

Update: not gonna buy this game on PS5. They put the game up on the Store with one price and then they removed it and put the game again but more expensive than it was before. Silksong on PS4/PS5 is more expensive than any other version of the game on any other platform here in Brazil. Steam, Nintendo and Xbox all have WAY more affordable prices than PS Store. I'll buy this game on Steam
