@Robamuffin To be fair, a review can never really tell you whether a game's going to be for you.

Reviews are subjective. The reviewer can only speak to their experience; they can't speak to whether you will have the same experience.

Personally, I think the review is very clear who this game is aimed at and what kind of people would enjoy it.

Do you like older Zelda games like Links Awakening? Do you enjoy challenging Souls-likes? If yes to both of these, you'll probably have a good time with it, as the review clearly states it's very well made for those who find that mix appealing.

@Matroska I actually don't agree with cheats disabling Trophies either to be honest. And in this game's case, they definitely framed the modifiers more as a "play your way" than a "cheat".

If it's an online game I get it, but I really don't understand who's getting hurt by this in a single player game.

You made all the options and included them in the game, so just let people use them?

@SuperSilverback @AdamNovice Every single website and social media account is going to post about these things, though. If you don't see them here, you're going to find them elsewhere.

We'd just be knowingly kneecapping ourselves sitting on news/rumours that are otherwise going viral around the web.

Moreover, while it seems likely, we don't even know for sure this will be at the State of Play. For all we know it could be announced in the next ten minutes.

I think anyone worried about "spoilers" for marketing montage would be better off just not visiting gaming websites or social media at all.
