Let's be real, this looks very good. The art of the factions when they showed them in the video is SUPER cool.

It's not really my cup of tea, but it looks extremely high quality.

But yeah it hasn’t gone how I expected at all. I think the infamous “four game” livestream was the turning point for me.

Despite what they were saying during that broadcast, it was clear everything was going to go multiformat from then on.

And their hardware sales have just completely collapsed since.

I think they’re trying to have their cake and eat it.

Horror games, for as popular as they are, do limit their audience for that very reason because not everyone likes it.

Here they’re saying “hey it’s not all horror, you can be a bad ass too!”

If they can effectively blend both then it’ll be a great game, but it won’t be easy to get the pacing right.

@Clogalis They can't afford to. All that chatter about "maybe Microsoft will give them a year off" was nonsense; they need to keep the machine churning now and Black Ops 7's underperformance is probably going to hit their financials hard.

@4fold Yeah, people just only count first-party for some reason. The same happens with the PS5 as a whole.

Obviously PSVR2 absolutely could have been better supported, but there are plenty of great games to play.

@Styledvinny79 I had a great time flying from Manchester to Paris last night. Bumpy landing and definitely not the smoothest flight for my passengers, but I got it done in one piece.

@ElectricWizard Well, as I understand the game was borderline unplayable when it launched last year. It now works as intended, just some bugs left.

The game is EXTREMELY ambitious, so I don't think it'll ever be perfect. That's just the nature of the beast here.

@bluemage1989 I don't believe I've seen an option to download some of the game. You need to claim some of the world updates in the in-game store, but it doesn't actually download anything.

@SoulChimera Birmingham Airport? I've known flown from there in this game yet but I don't think it's one of the ones they've hand modelled.

@CaptD I actually didn't test the gyroscopes yet, but it sounds like an interesting way to play. I'll take a look later.

@arto Not sure but this game basically streams everything anyway. The digital version is just 8GB.
