Exact same thing happened with Final Fantasy 16 two years ago, which was released... surprise, surprise... in the summer as well

@Ilyn Well, your formula is just a £15 difference. Purchasing a console now at that price (along with all the detached components, adding another hassle) is definitely not better than having gotten an all-in-one package at launch or before July 2022 at £450, especially considering that's between 3 and 4½ years of actually having a PS5 and using it.

Disagree, the best time to buy a PS5 was between November 2020 and July 2022, when a mere £450 got you a console with an actual disc drive AND console stand, both of which are now sold separately along with a much higher-priced console

Grandia HD Collection, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster, Lunar Remastered Collection, Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, and Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake... made me realise that I actually prefer old RPGs to modern ones. Glad to see these old but gold games coming back and doing well. Fingers crossed for more collections like Breath of Fire and Skies of Arcadia.

There are simply way too many interesting gacha games nowadays, I'd need the power to freeze time to invest myself into them...
