"Up to" and "From" are terms that should be banned in advertising. We all know no one's getting $400 from this deal.

Only Control Resonant despite being a massive Trails fan

Love this! Day One buy if real. I played Persona 1 on PSP but gave up pretty early, in the SEBEC building iirc. The insanely high encounter rate drove me crazy.

Not good enough to warrant subbing back into PS Plus in my book

No surprises there, after their CEO explicitly said their current goal was to extract the maximum money from their player base and monetize their customers as much as possible...

Thanks for the heads-up Sammy. This one looks very interesting. Still hoping Shuten Order and Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy make their way to the PS5 despite the low chance.

Tempted to jump back into PS Plus via a Black Friday deal, decent selection compared to October's

2.73/5 overall rating on the PS Store, that's hilarious

@SinglePlayer49 No clue, mate

@Ricksta As are us Original 2020-21 PS5 Fat owners...

@SinglePlayer49 Exactly the question I was going to ask, I'd guess probably not considering Mafia 1 & 3 via PS Plus don't grant their PS5 versions

I'd like all Breath of Fire games, guess I & II is a good start

No, not a priority

Steins Gate was my first ever PS VITA game, an amazing visual novel and its sequel Steins Gate Zero is just as excellent!

Don't have PS Plus anymore but Mafia The Old Country is a great game, especially at less than £20

I'm baffled as to why they haven't remastered Phantasia, I want to play the Tales series in release order

Tempting, but the design isn't good enough to justify buying yet another DualSense

Played these games ages ago, just ordered The Old Country for less than £20 and am planning to replay the Trilogy in their Native PS5 versions as soon as Mafia 2's ready, such a brilliant gaming series!

This game is amazing, 100% recommend it. Platinumed it in about two weeks, I was hooked.

I see Sly Cooper, I instantly like it, an amazing series

Love it, the 2028 onwards all-digital future is looking more and more appealing by the minute

This is excellent news, never played the sequel back in the day

@Djbeng2520 Hahahaha dream on mate. It's either Max's first win of the season or Kimi's ninth.

If there ever was a reason to be happy about my PS Plus expiring, this is it.

About damn time, should have been a feature since launch, but no, they copied it off the Switch 2

@Jacko11 Mic drop 🎤

First it was Grandia, then Suikoden and Lunar, after that Terranigma, and now Lufia. Amazing. The only one missing now is Breath of Fire. Please do it, Capcom!

Can't wait to dig into this once my Steelbook Edition arrives next month

Plan on playing it after a heavy discount as it's defo not worth its full price

An expected outcome. Useless. Blackout should have been on Wolverine or GTA VI release weeks.

"we poor fools here in the west had to wait nearly seven whole months for Persona 5's localisation on PS4."

on PS3 and PS4*
Don't forget the PS3

As for the topic at hand, Persona 5 is most definitely a masterpiece. I will never forget how playing that game made me feel back in 2017.

"The Burbank-based outfit has gone from releasing Spider-Man 2 in 2023 — rated at a very impressive 90 — to giving us a 77-rated Wolverine four years later."

DAMN, I didn't realize we were in 2027 already, time sure flies!

That guy with the black and white hair looks way too similar to Emet Selch from FFXIV

This bloke's a legend

Remastering them is not enough, they need proper remakes. The PSP versions of P1 and P2 are just too frustrating, those random encounters are truly unbearable.

FuRyu games are among the weirdest I have ever played. Crystar, Monark, and Varlet being some examples. Not brilliant, not rubbish, but weird and decent enough even if awfully repetitive.

From heroes to villains to heroes and back to villains, classic

Insane that there will still be PS4 games released in 2027

Yeah, no, I'd have preferred TW1 & 2 Remakes before TW4

Very happy thanks to Chained Echoes. There are hardly ever any JRPGs on Essential, the only ones I can think of are Persona 5 Strikers and Yakuza: Like A Dragon. The never-satisfied moaners are out in droves as usual.

Very happy with Chained Echoes. JRPGs are extremely rare on Essential.

Only took Microsoft 13 years to get one back over Sony

Sadly no free upgrade for owners of the PS4 version I guess... Can't expect every dev to be as generous as CD Projekt Red...

@Rich33 Many thanks, appreciate the insightful response!

@MichaelNau @QBGaming12 Music to my ears, I've had it in my wishlist for ages!

@Krlozgod Eeeeeh, Zero and Azure Remakes would be pretty pointless since we've already seen over 90% of Crossbell in 3D thanks to Cold Steel III & IV + Reverie

Total bloody clownshow, it's hilarious

Well that sucks, 2027 would have been great, but no disc, no buy

Well, can't fault them for lack of integrity

@Rich33 It is a great game, but boy is it difficult, I'm not a Soulslike fan at all but keep persevering as I find the atmosphere, visuals, and lore excellent
