@Northern_munkey It running on a entirely new engine, EA's Frostbute Engine. So expect it not to just be a simple HD upscale, and will be remade like Demon's Souls.
@RBMango Lost in Random does look really good. EA have been on roll when it comes to helping and funding these amazing look indies over the last couple of year... It Take Two, A Away Out, both Unravel and Unravel 2. Still have to try Knockout City
While I'm interested since I enjoy online shooters... It would be nice if Ubisoft chill out for a moment, and focus on getting out the games that they already have in development. They keep announcing games while continually delaying other ones... What happened to games like Skull and Bone and Beyond Good and Evil 2?
@Robinsad We probably wasn't gonna get a native PS5 version even if the studio wasn't owned by Microsoft. They was already having to cut bosses and levels before the buyout due to funding... So a native next gen version was never in the cards.
@Dpishere They bought Sumo Group which employs over 500+ people, have several major offices, and several subsidiaries like The Chinese Room... Tencent didn't just buy the developer, but a holding company.
@RubyCarbuncle TiMi Studios (same that studio that is working on the new pokemon as well ) is the studio that made the game, but they are a subsidiary of Tencent Games.
@GADG3Tx87 I doubt we'll get a Division 3 any time soon... They have more content announced for the Division 2, and they are working on a free-to-play Division game, Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland.
@Flaming_Kaiser Even with the Wii U being a failure. It still sold 13-15 million. That still nothing to scoff at. It only looks like a failure after coming off the back of system that sold 100 million.
For something that people are calling a niche, and for a device that has a sibling that maybe offers a better experience. It about to out due the Vita sales. It shows that when done correctly handheld devices sell well, and aren't a niche. It also just shows that Sony is incompetent when it comes to handhelds.
@Ralizah Earlier this year the Switch Lite on it own have surpassed Wii U life time sales. So there is still very much a market for dedicated none dockable handhelds.
@Nepp67 That basically a decent play session for me which means I'm usually having to charge my controller 2-3 during the weekend. Even with my shorter play session during the week. I'm charging 2-3 times during the week. I'm a heavy FFXIV player, and nothing suck more when you're doing raids back to back with your FC and the controller goes dead... And your scrambling to find a cable. It just not economical to spend $70 on controller to just use it when your main run out of charge. When I can spend less than $15 on a pack of rechargeable.
@UltimateOtaku91 The funny part is that Microsoft have already been testing this... They have been offer Disney + and stuff like Spotify with the service.
@Loftimus Yup! Me too. I was about to go and ahead to pre-order the Switch OLED, but the Steam Deck is basically the Switch Pro I wanted. Plus I have a steam library of 700+ games so why not.
@Zombie9ers Yeah. But that cause Gamescom came right after E3, so they decided to do shows at Paris Games Week... But with this year them not showing any significant at E3. You would expect them to maybe show up at GamesCom then.
@Nepp67 That not a good reason when you can buy a pack of rechargeable batteries for less then $15. You'll also swapping controller (which take just as long) more than you'll be swapping batteries. My dualsense barely lasts one decent play session. My Xbox controller lasts a couple play before I have swap batteries.
From the sound of this comment section. It seems that I'm the only one with interest in playing with our PC brothers. With this my interest in this game went from "No buy" to "Day 1 purchase". I don't have friend who only play on console, and I would love to play with my friend on PC. I'm glad that this generation is allowing people to buy platform of their choice based on feature and games, and not just cause "My friend plays on this platform" like pervious generations.
@Total_Weirdo If a game appears on the Playstation Plus that i like... I would just rather buy it straight out instead of being hogtied to a subscription
They're bring in a lot of character that 90s and early 2000s kids will remember. Leaning so hard on that nostalgia factor with the character rooster... Which is funny considering the target audience probably haven't heard or seen like 90% of the character shown in this trailer. Even the The TMNT designs isn't even from the CGI show or Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the design from the 90s show.
@nessisonett They are still completely separate games tho. You don't have to play Yakuza to know what is happening in Judgement , and you don't have to play Judgement to know what is happening Yakuza. This is only affecting Judgement, and the first game isn't on PC... So anyone PC player who wanted to play the second one haven't even played the first one.
If they make an 8th Yakuza that will still be releasing on PC so...
@Olmaz What is with these continued comparisons to Netflix. The issue with Netflix is Netflix own doing. They waited too long in creating their own content and relied too heavily on 3rd party content and IPs. That when major companies like Disney started pulling shows and movies. Netflix was left scrambling to provide their own content for the platform. Truth be told... Netflix doesn't make enough profit for that, so they still to have make deals and buy exclusive streaming right to 3rd party shows and movies. Meaning there is only so money much left for their own in house shows and movies.
Microsoft doesn't have this problem. They are already setting themselves up better than Netflix did. Microsoft from day 1 was already pushing their own in house created content. Microsoft buying major publisher like Bethesda is so when companies like EA and Ubisoft start pulling their games from the platform. Microsoft aren't left scrambling to try and catch up by lowering the quality of games. Microsoft also aren't just limiting their game to services like Gamepass cause not everyone is running to gamepass. These games are still sold on their own and will still be able pay for their development cost even if gamepass doesn't. Meaning the games still have to be released in a high quality state... If these games was Gamepass exclusive then it would be a different story.
Also Microsoft also make billions of dollar in profit unlike Netflix, so they can continuely crank out high quality games without taking a hit to profits.
@Ear_wiG As much as I would like to see Sony buying NetherRealms... I don't think it gonna come cheap, and Sony aren't interested in big purchases. Warner Bro. just sold Playdemic, a mobile game developer, for $1.4 billion to EA... That studio have only ever made one game. NetherRealms is probably gonna cost a pretty penny.
Not surprising... WarnerMedia/ATT need to make their money back after the continued failed attempts at making a streaming platform and the string of "okish" movies.
But of all the Studios that WB owns. I wouldn’t sell these two.
They also need to put Portkey Games to work and get them to start handing the Wizarding World license to studios who make actual games instead of studio who make trashy mobile games.
@Jaz007 People who was probably to young to play it when it first released. Remember that the game was release 8 years ago. There is a generation of people that are now old enough to play it.
A lead that is very undeserving. Even tho the only next generation console I own is a PS5. After everything that has happened over the last couple of months, and the fact that the PS5 was sold on the promises of ‘believing in generations’. Sony does not deserve this lead. They are a company that is right now living off their brand legacy and lies.
@twenty90seven Yes... DICE LA is made up of old staff from studio Danger Close Games / EA Los Angeles which was the studio that worked on the Medal of Honor games. After the tragic game that Medal of Honor: Warfighter. They became DICE LA and started working as a support studio.
@Burntbreadman If you want an idea on how the "story mode" will be... Go look at Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's adventure mode. The game will probably only cover the anime, so Season 1 and the movie, so maybe 10-15hrs with terrible side missions to pad out the length.
Wow... How long have cyber connect been working on this game? Couldn't they have made it not look like a blatant rip off of their Storm games but just with Demon Slayer characters...
@ILikeStake Well... People have name several movie and TVs he been apart of that he have done well in. I did also enjoy him in the Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
@Shigurui Yeah. While they did replace Summer of Arcade with Summer Spotlight. I don't think it has had the same affect the OG Summer of Arcade back in the day.
@HotGoomba I was about to say the same thing... It essentially makes sense since PlayStation had instantly became a showcase for 3D graphics back in the day, so it would weird that their logo didn't show that off as well.

Re: Watch Dogs Legion: Bloodline (PS5) - A Much Better Plot Built on Existing Foundations
This DLC kinda shows that Ubisoft should have just stuck to a set of characters, and not try to push "Play as anyone" gimmick.
I personally ended up skipping this games cause none of the characters they show off, or I saw that was playable was interesting.
Once both this DLC and the games falls in price. I'll probably pick it up, and play as Wrench the whole game. XD
