Re: First Wolverine PS5 Gameplay Is Incredibly Gory, Set for Fall 2026

@cburg Exclusives is how Sony sells consoles though? Marvel IP or not. I would not be surprised in the next decade or so Sony will become more multiplatform like Microsoft, but we are not at that point yet.

Insomanic is a 1st party developer, so that means it will be a PS exclusive 🤷‍♂️. Then probably comes to PC in a couple of years time.

This is the best one of the year so far.

SAROS - Super excited, loved Returnal, looks like a great continuation

DW3 Remastered - I wanted a traditional DW Experience in the new graphics engine, looks like that is gonna rock, probably should of been DW4 though!

Wolverine - OMG that looks amazing, Insomanic Games does not miss!

Ni-oh 3 - Looks great, love the over the top dub because why not.

EDIT: Crimson Desert looks pretty dope to

Solid 7 from me!

Unpopular opinion, but I liked GAME.

I got some fantastic deals on the 3 for 2 pre-owned (eg. Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, Divinity Original Sin 2 and Immortals of Aveum for £36)

I got a lot of games for "free" as some where underpriced and part of the 3 for 2, so I will miss that for sure!

And going in as a kid in GAME and GameStation was fantastic, missed those times!

I am usually a sucker for these games, I have been Day one for all the games since Storm 1.

But I think this will be the first time I wait for a price drop, just not enough content for full price, but I will pick up eventually.

I have all of them on Switch physical (even the STORM trilogy Japanese cart), so this may be a buy physical for Switch and digital for online fighting for PS5, we shall see!

@Keyblade-Dan Samurai Warriors/Dynasty Warriors are very much different, in terms of gameplay mechanics and story.

Also Omega Force have made many great Warriors games after DW9 - Warriors Orochi 4, One Piece Pirate Warriors 4, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and most recently Persona 5 Strikers, which have all reviewed very well and have been fantastic warriors games.

I think KT have learned from DW9, so I feel Samurai Warriors 5 will be great, if not fantastic. Fingers crossed regardless!
