Pixar's Coco Confirmed for Kingdom Hearts 4, Launching on PS5 in Late 2027

Never thought of Coco, but it fits so well! Also the graphics now are like on par with Pixar quality, even more so than KH3!

Looking forward to seeing how the combat is!

Coco seriously made me cry. Looks like a good fit for KH4.
Just hope the game doesn't get delayed, I want the disk.

Late 2027, huh? Looks like we might get a limited print run of a physical PS5 version provided that timeframe holds (then watch said discs already be worth a fortune--no, not that PS4-specific first Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 SKU--by the time 2029 rolls around)...question is, will the game truly be ready by that point? Odds are any delay kills a sizable amount of PS5 sales based on a physical sales forecast...

Coco was one of the worlds I was hoping would be in KH4, so I'm delighted to see this.

@shiningpikablu252 didn't Sony say that Jan 2028 is the cutoff but games before it will continue to be printed, so if KH4 will actually release on that time, it's not a limited print.

Love Coco (both bandicoot and the movie) so that makes a great fit. Fingers crossed for an Enresto Cruz boss fight. I’ll have to see what other worlds there are so I can binge watch them all in time for the game’s release.

Oh and it probably being physical is nice (of course I of all users was going to mention that).

Coco is a great choice for a Disney world. Crazy that we finally have a release window for the game after how long.

Coco is probably the best animated movie disney ever made (talking 3d animation of course) so im happy, but i hope they dont just do 3d animated movies. Theres a lot of 2d animated movies they still have yet to use

It looks significantly better than the footage from the last Nintendo Direct, but I remain skeptical nonetheless.

KH3 was nothing more than a Disney show, and I fear that now that they’re revealing the worlds so early again, it’s going to turn out the same way.

Well, at least it looks like it will be released on disc (the last one).

I usually don't care if a game gets delayed but for the love of Xemnas I hope this game makes the deadline.

Will Star Wars ever cross over with KH? That was the only good thing about Disney buying Lucasfilm and we're still waiting. 😩

Now we have releases for the only 2 new releases I was waiting for aside from Ace Combat... Final Fantasy VII Revelation, and Kingdom Hearts IV.

2nd favorite Disney film behind The Lion King. Great world to add to KH.

Are FF characters going to actually return and will they make a return to form of KH2 combat? Both of those need to happen if they want to bring back a large swath of fans.

@Dynamiq Correct me if I am wrong, I thought it was just Sony owned games not being printed? Or does that include 3rd party?

@KawakiisaFraud of course it would that footage u saw at the direct was running on switch 2 hardware what we just got from the expo was either a ps5 or a pc so it's gonna look better

@stocko all games are no longer being printed sony owns blu ray and there shutting down printing of discs the only thing going forward is physical discs for movie and anime
