Re: Capcom's Winning Streak Continues as It Expects Tenth Consecutive Year of Income Growth

With a new Dragon's Dogma on the way, a new Street Fighter and the obvious follow-up to Monster Hunter World, Capcom's best selling game ever, I think it's safe to guarantee this streak will continue.

Franchise revival wishlist: Dino Crisis, Power Stone, Rival Schools, Darkstalkers, Strider, Breath of Fire, Megaman Legends (Man, Capcom has a treasure trove of IPs to rival Nintendo)

We just need PS Home-in-steroids tbh.

Have any game you buy act like an amiibo that unlocks different things in PS Home-verse whatever for a player's avatar to use.

I see it kinda like a Virtual Dinseyland with a an evolving map.

@Jaberwocky It affects gamers by stiffling competition, and by consequence innovation and creativity.

As a gamer, I may get a series X if the good games are there, same reason I got a PS5 or a Switch. But the Microsoft ways always leave a bad taste in the mouth.
I hope they do great things with the ip they've been acquiring but their history doesn't give me a lot of hope.

An interesting asymetric response could be to start working on PS Home/Metaverse together with Epic. Add value to the PS ecosystem and hit MS where they can't compete: innovation and creativity.

Petty Microsoft has been holding a grudge ever since Sony made fun of their Xbox one reveal fiasco. Small dick energy for sure.

@Ryguy2784 Completely agree. How can you not be angry when you pay at least $70 USD for a broken alpha?

Don't condone any threats or insults but it just feels like they are deflecting away from the fact that Battlefield 2042 was pretty much dead on arrival.

Not the devs really fault but EA's and DICE management. EA now has to greenlight Titanfall 3 to make up for it. #LoseWin

Not full on remake but R* did charge full price for them, huh?

To think they were one of my favorite devs of the ps2/ps3 era.

Happens to all game companies. They become successfull and transition into becoming soulless corporations that milk their own content to death until every unit of value has been squeezed from them.
