This is probably their plan but i reckon if the witcher 4 releases in a state like cyberpunk did then the plan is ruined. I just hope they learn from their mistakes and release a brilliant playable game from day one.

Hopefully this means a remaster of the first game for consoles and a proper Sacred 3.

I will get this day 1 not just to support them and Ukraine, but also because the first game was great and I'm a sucker for lovecraftian themes

Nows the time for indie and AA games to rise. Some of my fav games this year were from indie companies, and they held my interest more than the AAA games being released yearly.
Fifa and Cod are just basically the same game being given new coat of paint and higher asking price.

It feels like MTG has become the fornite of trading cards. I used to collect years ago before all the crossovers started, now it's just a cash grab scheme.

They should use the resources for the mobile games on dq12 and ff17 instead.

I'm probably going to wait, like with borderlands 3 where the ultimate edition dropped to £20.

It's an amazing game with a great atmosphere, it honestly had me hooked longer than Skyrim did, but still felt like an early elderscrolls.

Wishful thinking, but what about a new single player Phantasy Star, or a remaster of Phantasy Star Universe?

Why is everything either soulslike or Gaas? Bring back epic single player or couch co-op, without micro transactions, and occasionally large expansions.
Larian and cdprojekt are a couple of great developers that do not follow the mainstream and still they made two of the greatest games in a decade.

I'm disappointed that it does not include the second one, but depending on the price I may pick this up. Hopefully they'll release the second one next year.

Hopefully it's both games, but I think bandai will release the first then next year the second for more money.

I'm expecting a delay towards the end of 2026. Or better yet, it's going to be delayed enough to be a cross gen game

They should remaster the ps2 games and release them in a trilogy pack. With the strong sales of 1 & 2 this should be the next logical step.

Hopefully we get it within a year of PC release, with all the bugs sorted out.
Or we might get a enhanced edition with any future dlcs included.

I actually enjoyed this game more than diablo 3, the world was huge and filled with amazing fights and secrets. Its great that we're also getting the expansion and new character in the remaster.

Will there be any weird endings like the dog or ufo?
The trailers I've seen makes me wish that Sony focus more on the Siren series which they seemed to have forgotten about

Did they cancel the Wonder Woman game just to make another live service flop? Not everyone wants live service games, they should concentrate on single player for now.

I hope ff17 will be turnbased similar to 10 with expedition 33s parry mechanic. Also they should go back to a steampunk style like 6.

Probably still wait for the ultimate edition to go on sale like the third game did.

Most games these days take digs at each other, one other game I can think of is the witcher 2 which has a dead assassin and Geralt commenting on it.

It's the problem with the rise of ai, its a cheaper alternative. I wouldn't be surprised if more companies followed suit.

Nier 3 or drakengard remastered announcement please. But knowing how gaming is big on remakes it could be a current Gen remake on Automata.

They still have to wait for the day one patch though right? Assuming there is one.

I've preordered this as this era of japanese history has always been a favourite of mine, plus the free expansion was a bonus.
Any word on other expansions for this yet?

It probably won't be released this year, but hopefully we get a date fir next year.
