Publisher THQ Nordic has announced a showcase event, promising updates on several games as well as announcements of brand new ones.
The broadcast will go out live on YouTube and Twitch 1st August 2025 at the following times:
- North America: 12pm PDT / 1pm MDT / 2pm CDT / 3pm EDT
- UK/Ire: 8pm BST
- Europe: 9pm CEST / 10pm EEST
- Asia/Oceania: 4am (Sat) JST / 3am (Sat) AWST / 5am (Sat) AEST
Games that are set to feature include Wreckfest 2, Reanimal, Wreckreation, The Eternal Life of Goldman, Gothic 1 Remake, and Titan Quest 2.
Beyond that, the publisher has teased "world premiere announcements".
One that springs to mind could be a new SpongeBob SquarePants game, which received an age rating earlier this year.

Remnant 3 and Darksiders 4 please and thank you!
I'm desperate for another mainline Darksiders, although I will happily have another Genesis game too.
Very keen to see Remnant 3 as I absolutely loved the first two games (although admittedly, I couldn't beat the final boss in the second game).
Also looking forward to seeing what they do with the remake of Gothic, and whether it is going to be a decent version, or a poor effort (much like Oblivion was pretty poor really)...
Wreckfest 2 - been on my wish list for months, cannot wait

If they don’t show Darksiders I will be disappointed. Recently beat the second one and it still holds up.
Looking forward to Wreckfest 2 and Wreckreation. Don’t mess them up!
I hope to see some news on the console release of Titan Quest 2.
Afaik they have committed to a pc early access before the end of the year and it would be cool if they made a similar commitment for us console folks.

Wreckfest 2 or Wrecreation better be more creative, if its just physics updates and visuals no sale. Kick-starter is no excuse this time Bug Bear. Also you have no licensed cars (i prefer anyway, more flexible) even more no excuse.
Gothic is always cool to see. How they pull it off with what they proposed will be interesting.
Titan Qjest 2 seems fair off the 1st in what it's going for.
May be a good showing.
But where is Darksiders 4 THQ?
RIP Pirhana Bytes though. You will be missed.
Wreckreation is one that I'm cautiously optimistic for. Dangerous Driving felt like it had a vision, but the execution was utterly dire. Maybe with the backing of a serious publisher, they can finally get the polish they desperately need.
I just hope it's not simply Trackmania. And that there's a robust single player component beyond the obvious multiplayer appeal.
