Anticipated PS5 JRPG Remake Persona 4 Revival Finally Available to Wishlist 1

The PS Store page for JRPG remake Persona 4 Revival has suddenly appeared for wishlisting today.

While a release date still hasn’t been confirmed, SEGA mentioned recently that the re-release will launch “in or after” its Fiscal Year 2027 period, which could imply anywhere from 1st April 2026 onwards.

The blurb includes a few tidbits about the title, including the following overview:

“Persona 4 Revival intertwines an investigation into a string of murders with the journey of self-discovery and encounters with the occult, all within a critically acclaimed, classic RPG experience – revived in a new form!”

We wouldn’t expect to see much more of this release until next year, but that should give you plenty of time to catch up on Atlus’ most recent remake Persona 3 Reload if you haven’t already.

Of course, Persona 4, and specifically its PS Vita re-release Persona 4 Golden, is widely regarded as one of the greatest JRPGs ever made. It helped raise the profile of sequel Persona 5, which has since sold many millions of copies across all consoles.
