Well, i don't think helldivers is what made the difference here. It's more the PC push.
I think Sony has some choices at this point.
1. It stops making PC ports.
2. Only makes PC ports years later.
3. Allows steam on playstation.

@Anya-chan That's cause MK isn't allowed to keep going for more than 2 seasons by WB. They want to milk a new box.
Granted, MK1 did miss the mark in a few areas. If rumors are true, the game was supposed to be Injustice 3 until WB forced netherealm into making it an MK. The kameo system would've made sense on a superhero fighter.

That's a nice trailer. Made me interested even though I have no intention of getting it. It's not my kind of game.

I am not gonna count remasters so... i'm gonna say...nothing. Could've been MH Wilds if the graphics and performance weren't half baked.
Nothing really stood out for me. It's been pretty average.
Maybe death stranding 2. It looked pretty good on the recent demo.

Well, the story looks intriguing as expected from Kojima. But, i was put off by the previous game being basically a walking simulator. I wonder how it will play this time. I will wait for reviews.

@B_Lindz I mean, if we look at it, Sony hasn't delivered the 4K 60fps experience without the pro. So, it's not that different from the 4K 30fps the switch 2 does.
It's nonsense, really. They are scared. Without Xbox to push the technology end with them, they might be caught with their pants down as developers normalise to the switch 2 for multiplats, like they did back in the days with the ps2, even though xbox and gamecube were more powerful.

There is the experience of just laying comfortably in your bed and playing. Also households with multiple people where the TV is taken, like if you have kids. You're typically not gonna have a 4K TV on the bedroom. 😅

@HonestHick No, we are not talking about discs here. I did say cartridges, like the switch 2. They are as fast as an SSD and have more space than a dual layer blu ray. That is the only option for physical going forward.

@HonestHick They have to have physical or else it will be a monopoly and they will have to open the ps store to 3rd parties.

I am looking forward to cartridges coming back with the PS6.
Hopefully the dwindling sales of the PS5Pro sent a message that they can't leave physical behind.
