C'mon, it's a Bloodborne re-master and we all know it.

I’ll be knocking out the final trophies for the RATCHET & CLANK: Rift Apart platinum. The game is rather ‘kiddie’ but also a good time due to the guns being a lot of fun to wield and some of the traversal and mini-games being well done to boot. Hope everyone enjoys their gaming this weekend!

I never saw the point of announcing games years in advance. In this age when studios get shut down and games get cancelled regularly, it seems like a foolish thing to announce a title years before it ever comes out. It only sets the buying public up for disappointment if it never comes to fruition. Instead, wait until the game is about a year out from release (at MAX) and is all but assured of coming out and announce it then. That way there's no disappointment and also it'll be less likely the release date slips.

For anyone on the fence about BANISHERS: Ghosts Of New Eden, it’s a really good game and worth playing if you’re into action / adventure games. Tells a pretty solid story and has some fun mechanics to it. Definitely recommended 👍🏽 I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would.

@K1LLEGAL I think you’re thinking of RESISTANCE: Retribution which was the PSP game. Not only did they add trophies to that but came back and gave it DLC after all these years.

Would it kill someone to add trophies to RESISTANCE: Fall Of Man??? I’d upgrade to a year of Premium just for that alone.

Honestly, PSN+ feels a little like a cash grab to me where they require a ‘membership’ to play online and offer you a scant 3 games per month as throw-in’s, most of which are rarely anything good. Or at least anything I’m actually interested in, to be fair. Beyond that Extra and Premium are fairly decent value tho as long as you just play a few games offered on the service per year. So it’s a bit of a mixed bag in my opinion. 🤷🏽

@Anke The only site I know that sort of works like a wishlist is Psprices.com but it’s really just for tracking when games have a sale associated with them. Still a really good site and useful too.

I can’t imagine over 50 titles in someone’s wishlist let alone over 100. That seems absolutely crazy to me. I basically just use the feature to get alerts when something goes on sale.

Just starting my second playthrough of Lies Of P. Absolutely FANTASTIC game!

I need to do a hacking mini-game every time I want to shoot something?? Hmmmmm……. I’m not so sure about this…….. Definitely looks interesting though and I like this type of game typically so hopefully it will be good

I'll pick it up once it's patched, playable and discounted. Patched and playable is never a condition that BF games release in and I, for one, am sick and tired of paying full price for the dreck that passes as a Battlefield game on release day.

Don’t really have a lot of time to game this weekend but what time I do have I’ll be playing Lies Of P as I picked up the game and DLC in a bundle sale last week. THOROUGHLY enjoying it so far! Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get around to playing it as I really like Soulslikes and this is one of the better ones for sure. It’s also incredibly hard even on one of the lower difficulty settings. Anyways, hope everyone has a great time with whatever they’re playing!

@wilky2988 You're absolutely entitled to your opinion and I respect that, but Lies of P being better than any of FromSoftware's Soulsbourne games? C'mon, you can't really mean that, do you? It's a great game for sure but better than Elden Ring? Better than Bloodborne? Better than Dark Souls 3? Maybe even Sekiro? Just no way.

EASILY a top 2 or 3 contender for GOTY last year. If you haven’t played this yet and enjoy these types of games, do yourself a solid and grab this. You won’t be disappointed. As others have pointed out, it’s utterly gorgeous looking, solid in its gameplay, about the right difficulty and has an incredible amount of cool places / enemies / things to find. Can’t recommend this one enough!

Hey that’s awesome! I just picked up the game and DLC in a bundle sale on PS Store and I’m THOROUGHLY enjoying it! Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get to playing it but I’m glad it worked out this way. Definitely as good as everyone’s been saying. And I’m happy the devs get rewarded like that for their efforts!

I’m going with DOOM: The Dark Ages. It’s nothing groundbreaking but it IS a really solid and super fun game.

I'll definitely give this a shot at some point. The base game was just sooooo good and for $13, even if the DLC isn't as good as the base game it's a small price to pay. Besides, by the time I actually get around to playing this, **hopefully** the bugs and glitches will have been patched out and maybe I can even catch it at a bit of a discount.

I’d been looking forward to playing this but this review mirrors my thoughts on the game after spending some time with it in the Beta test. Ultimately not enough there to hook me and keep me coming back.

In light of there no longer being an E3 every Summer, of course SGF is going to see an increase in viewership, no matter how weak the lineup, cringe the dialogue or lame the hosts are. That said, I'll take it over the alternative which is nothing.

This will be the first Borderlands game I don't buy at launch. Those prices are absolutely absurd. I can wait for the inevitable price drops AND a sale on top of them.

I’m quite looking forward to FBC Firebreak as I enjoy shooters and the world of Control. The fact that it’ll be on PS+ Extra on day 1 is a nice bonus too so I’ll definitely be grabbing that and diving into it.

I have absolutely NOTHING to play right now so I’ll be spending my free time learning some songs on bass. Next week though, I’ll be grabbing FBC Firebreak for ‘free’ when it hits PS+ Extra on day 1 so I’m looking forward to that. Hope everyone has a great weekend gaming!

Battlefield 20 FU2 is the main reason I’ll never buy a Battlefield game again until it’s been out for and while and had MANY patches to make it actually playable.

On the other hand, I’m very much looking forward to playing FBC Firebreak on day 1. Really nice bonus for this month IMHO.

Well, I'll say this - now that Xbox is going cross-platform with most if not all of their games, my Get List is growing at a faster rate than it ever has. A LOOOOOOOT of good games coming out in the next couple of years I already have my eyes on. My wallet is gonna take BEATING.

Looks like something to at least keep my eye on. Will have to see how this looks and reviews upon release.

That looks REALLY impressive! I’m glad (as many others have said) that it’s not some Hitman re-skin which I was initially concerned about. Looking forward to this for sure!

Got a handful of games in that SoP that I’m interested in which is far more than normal so I’d say it was a very good one.

DOOM: The Dark Ages takes it easily for me. Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is and I dare say I like it the best out of the new trilogy, though it's a close call as all are excellent.

I’ve had Alone In The Dark on my get list since before it came out so this is a nice surprise that PS+ is actually going to have a game offering that I not only will play but am looking forward to doing so. Well done (for a rare change) Sony. 💪🏽😉👍🏽

I find it funny they’re putting Alone In the Dark on sale when it’s gonna be one of the ‘free’ Essential tier games 1 week from today. I guess there’s a sucker born every minute, so-to-speak.

What a shame. The game was a lot of fun but definitely too short. Would have liked to have had the sequels for this. Funny enough, I’m actually looking for a copy of this game at the moment.
