It would have been interesting to see.
Also, had it happen then I like to believe they would have got a good composer who can match Takeo Miratsu's style (may he rest in peace🙏).

@Dalamar: From what I heard the game has been explicitly stated to be an action-adventure rather then an Action RPG or soulslike (of course, from the looks of it there are likely to be ARPG elements). I'm not 100 procent certain about the source though so don't take my word on it.

I played the first one (mostly because of you-know-who, wink) but couldn't finish it. The world and story were really interesting though. I will try this one, and The Cube, as well.

There were many goodies in this presentation but my top 3 had to be (in no order) Marvel Tokon, Bloodstained The Scarlet Engagement, and 007 First Light.

Unfortunately this game was already confirmed to be gacha last year. I read in Gematsu (see second link below) that it is positioned as a successor to NIKKE and got compared to the likes of FGO, Genshin, and Star Rail.

I first heard about this series last year on Anime News Network. I also got Hi Score Girl vibes off it (thumbs up for the two HSG fans above!👍).

I must agree that the use of SF6 footage doesn't blend well with the animation here, the whole thing makes it kinda look off in a way. I will still watch it though.

Too bad. I have never been exactly fond of the character himself but "A Big Adventure" is one of the best 3D platformers I played in this current generation and I always hoped for a follow-up. Guess thats out of the question now…

I had low expectations for the show and I was right feeling that way going in, but it have its moments here and there, said moments were Dante doing his usual fight sthick.

Meh.
I stick with the Netflix show, which is coming back for a second season. Its not a favorite of mine but I honestly prefer animated over live-action.
