Most anticipated game this year. Really love the lumines series. Sony really should acquire enhance, they constantly make great games.

@twitchtvpat guess you forgot god of war Ragnarok got a release date trailer at a Japanese focused state of play in 2022.

They been showing a first party game at the end of each of the latest state of plays so I expect new tokon stuff or they finally show the new god of war 2d game.

I'm guessing September. Saros is confirmed for March and mast like tokon is summer maybe may or June. The rumored god of war 2d will either be before Saros or in the middle of Saros and tokon. Curious to see where they place marathon if it actually gets released

I preferred jin and his story. Still really enjoyed ghost of yotei, but I think it's time for sucker punch to move onto a new IP.

The rumored gta 4 remaster is looking a lot more likely now.

So probably PS5, Xbox series, switch 2, and PC. The PC release is really risky but could pay off big. I think they're also working on something mobile as well.

I'm sure it's going to hurt gta 6 sales. Developers are really in borrowed time until ai replaces them. It's going to replace us all sadly

I was a premium subscriber but I reduced my membership down to extra but really thinking about going to essential.

Definitely prefer full remake. Sony has so many game that they can remake it's insane. God of war alone would sale over 10 million easily. Really just shows me how Herman is bad at his job.

I mean if the next Xbox includes the option to use steam , Microsoft has to get rid of the online paywall which will decrease the number of game pass subscribers. Doesn't Nintendo also charge for online play, so Sony wouldn't be alone even if Microsoft got rid of it.

@RobN Sony has shown that they give devs time to finish their game when they see promise in it, look at helldivers 2, it was given 8 years of development and started over. Bend game was cancelled because they didn't see promise in it.

@RobN what I'm saying is progress was not why it was cancelled, it was the quality and overall outlook of the project that caused it to get cancelled.

@Oram77 that's what I'm saying , it wasn't about the progress of the project it was the quality and overall outlook. If progress was the main factor the horizon co-op game would have been cancelled a long time ago since it's been in development since like 2018.

Xbox pretty much has to since it's basically going to be a PC. Wonder how many game pass subscribers that they will lose though? Since a lot of people are subscribed just for online gaming.

What does the trophy list look like? Also what about a soundtrack? How does it compare to paradise?

Already played through stray so hopefully the other two games are good.

I think Totoki will be a lot more conservative on the acquisitions after the Bungie failure.

Not surprising, you spend 80 billion on acquisitions, you're going to want a big return. I remember during the acquisition court hearings xbox fans celebrating, I got into an argument with someone who was claiming once Microsoft got a hold of them that they would bring back all of the old ips. I tried to tell them they was going only focus on their big ips that actually sold well and would benefit game pass. This fool was celebrating that they would bring back guitar hero and al sorts of dormant ips.

@TheDudeElDuderino would probably do great on the switch 2 since I don't think there's anything like it on there.

Would buy a remaster day one. Would even back a kickstarter. Really loved the PS2 game, was a lot of fun.

I expect a switch 2 port next year also could see a mobile version as well

The reboot was horrible, really ruined the series. Would love to see a saint row set in the 80s like vice city, but the 70s would also be great.

Way to soon, Sony hasn't released enough this generation and games are not at the point of pushing the console to its limits. Not to mention games are still releasing on PS4. 2028 should be the earliest release date

Absolutely love the lumines series. This is my most anticipated game this year. I platinum lumines remastered, so curious to see the trophy list.

Hopefully 2028 at the earliest. PS5 hasn't reached its limits yet.

With the size of the studio I imagine bungie is constantly losing Sony money each year on top of the acquisition cost.

@DennisReynolds set it in Tokyo and make the next game a infamous/ghost crossover linking the franchises together.

@LogicStrikesAgain you would think they would have already picked up square enix management at Sony is no too smart though. We heading to an inevitable streaming future and you see that all of the publishers will want their own streaming service like they did in the film industry, Disney, HBO, Netflix, Paramount, ect. Sony needs to start preparing so they can have a strong line up of content.
