Wait so the game reveals that are shown are paid for by the publishers? The only reason people even watch it, is because of the game reveals lol. Unless they're talking about the commercials in between the awards? Yes I know the reveals are advertising as well.

Would love to see the god of war 2d revealed and also the first two god of war game will be Shadow dropped

@EfYI companies need to be criticized when they do a bad job of providing value. I didn't complain about extra because it's been pretty consistent. Premium is horrible plain and simple. Sony has ton it classic first party titles they haven't even put on there. It's the god of war 20th anniversary this year and didn't even put the first two games on there. That's just incompetence.

@4fold I find it funny when people try to defend multi billionaire companies. We should expect more than what we're getting. Sony is making a ton on plus subscriptions including premium where they put the least effort in.

@4fold because it's not worth it when they only add one game a month. Don't care about most the stuff they added to premium this year. If I see something I want I'll just buy and own it.

I'm guessing Tokon is a summer release before wolverine but after Saros.

Would love a new burnout. Hoping to see a the rumored god of war 2d game, I think it will launch either before Saros. I think that statue is Darksiders 4 or something from Sony since they live to do these real life displays.

@ThomasHL yeah that's why I mentioned netherrealms and the mk IP, that pretty much the only thing you can get from them without a licensing agreement for dc, Lego, or Harry Potter

Not sure how focused Netflix is in premium gaming, so wonder if they will sell off some of the gaming studios. If so Sony should really try to pick up netherrealms studio and the mk IP.

This is what Sony should have done instead of having their first party make live service game they should have partnered with second/third parties. Still can't believe blue point was making a live service god of war, horrible management.

The movie is probably going to increase the player base massively.

It's a shame Sony wasted the potential of what dreams could have been

Maybe move out of the most expensive place to make games in. Move to Ohio or somewhere would reduce costs. I don't want to hear, but all the talent is there, people move for work all the time. If you want to lower costs develop where the cost of living is cheaper.

@SMJ yeah but what I'm saying is that they sold better than their consoles did. Not saying Sony will outsell Nintendo but that a handheld will sale a lot more than their console is.

@SMJ well yeah, but still sold better than PlayStation consoles did. Psp was selling great in Japan it's handheld focus so a handheld will sale better than a console so...

I think when they release the PS6 handheld is when they will really compete with Nintendo since Japan is handled focused.

I'm hoping for the rumored god of War 2d game or Cory balrog new game. Also would be awesome to see a new burnout game or even remaster 3/revenge. Stellar entertainment had been working on something.

System is great, really don't think we need PS6 for a while. The ssd and controller were highlights. PlayStation first party output could have been a lot better but we had horrible people in charge.

@TrollOfWar I have a 13 year old daughter who has no interest in PC gaming, she is fine with her switch doesn't even want a switch 2. Why would a parent pay 800 dollars on a gaming PC if the argument is that they could use it for things other than gaming when the parent can buy a 500 dollar laptop and the kid can play most of the same games kids like these days in Fortnite and Roblox. Your argument of a subscription to plus is also mute when you factor in most kids are playing free to play games that don't require a subscription.

@TrollOfWar good luck trying to convince those kid's parents on spending 800+ plus on it though. Especially in this economy.

The console makers are able to get the price of their consoles down because of the mass amount of console they can produce. I don't think steam is capable of mass producing so I expect a pricey system.

Ni interest in going back for new game Plus way too many games. Might go back when legends drops though.
