I think price increase is going to stop it. I imagine they're do a temporary price drop when gta 6 releases to try and get people to buy a ps5, but I think the price increase is really going to hurt its chances.

But I thought the PlayStation division was given extra money just for live service and it didn't affect the funding of single player games? Lol just really bad management, you have game that you know was going to be successful and it was 80 % done and you just cancel it, instead of moving it to another team, just doesn't make sense.

@Dalamar same, consoles are supposed to be a lot cheaper than pc..they lose money but make it up with game sales and subscriptions. This is just greed now

Didn't they already say they wasn't increasing the price this year during their fiscal call? They already said they had enough supplies until next year. If they do increase the price the PS5 price is going to be ugly

Glad to see sons of Sparta doing good, probably already made it's budget back, really hope we get more small games from Sony. Really surprised to see helldivers 2 so high, pretty impressive.

@danzoEX tons of content doesn't always equal worth. My interest in the game is low, so I stated my opinion on what I would pay for it. It shouldn't impact your enjoyment of the game or what you would pay for it

Might be a good black Friday pickup if it gets to 30 bucks.

Yeah I was surprised they added spiderman 2 to plus extra before this movie came out. Thought they would try to get more sales out of it with the new movie.

Downgraded my subscription last year, if I see a classic I want I'll just buy it, but haven't seen any ones I wanted since downgrading.

What I see no one talking about is how the game opens up with Santa Monica presents, imagine if other first party studios do something similar with their ips, having a smaller developer make a smaller game.

Curious to see what happens to Bungie if it fails, will it remain open to support destiny 2 and develop destiny 3. Also if Sony does close it, would Sony try and sale it first or just completely close it.

Wonder if god of war sons of Sparta has cleared 1 million copies yet. Game must be profitable, don't think it had a massive budget.
