I remember the first three games my family got with our PS2: GTA Vice City, Kingdom Hearts, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4. So many great memories.

Time for WB Games to go the way of Disney and start licensing out their IP to other publishers.

$700 is a hard sell when most gamers agree that the games look “good enough” on the base model.

Throw in the fact that there’s no disc drive or stand included.

Sad situation. Sony needs these types of mid-sized games to fill the calendar between their major releases.

To me the weirdest thing about this is the fact that they aren’t releasing it physically.

Did the game need remastered? No. But surely more people would have been willing to buy it if it was shipped in a PS5 box.

@Coffeeglitch Same. I was pumped for Alan Wake 2 only for it to be announced it wasn’t recieving a physical release. I bought the game anyway and enjoyed it and then, lo and behold, a year later, they release a physical version 🙃

Well deserved. Loved every minute of it and can’t wait to get my hands on Silent Hill f.

The original was the best. Sims 4 doesn’t even compare.

Exactly why this gen I decided to start a collection of high quality PS4 and PS5 games that I will not be selling.

Hope it releases soon. After the amazing Silent Hill 2 remake, I need more SH in my gaming life.

Resident Evil is my favorite video game franchise and even I can say RE6 is crap.

It’s the only RE game I quit playing and sold. 😂

Yeah, we better hope and pray they have some good second-party projects lined up for these last 4 years (?) of the PS5 that we don’t know about otherwise it’s going to be slim pickin’s first-party wise. 🤦🏽‍♂️

This might be my first “new” purchase of 2025.

Ubisoft has been on a roll lately.

And when I say “on a roll” I mean rolling down a very steep hill.

That’s the gamble of live service games.

Any word on Lost Soul Aside?

I’m not interested in sports games in the least, but I am wondering, are there going to be any actual gameplay differences between this and Madden?

Because if not, what would be the incentive to buy both of them?

I hope it’s not BioShock. Those games have been remastered and still play amazing to this day, so a remake is not necessary.

For me: Astro Bot, Silent Hill 2, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, Life is Strange Double Exposure, and Slitterhead would round out my top 5.

@KundaliniRising333 to be fair, a lot of today’s gamers haven’t played the originals of a lot of Capcom’s remakes, so to them they are new stories.

Of course this gets a physical release but not Kunitsu-Gami 🙄

Ubisoft needs to pump the brakes a little bit.

We’ve yet to see anything substantial on the Prince of Persia or Splinter Cell remakes and we’ve known about both of them for awhile now.

How about we just focus on getting those out the door first?
