In a not-E3 week where we’ve barely heard a peep from major publishers like EA and Ubisoft, Konami is proving that it’s very much back in the game with a 37-minute broadcast focused on the likes of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Silent Hill F.
The publisher says to tune in on 12th June for game news and updates, including insight from developers and producers. It’s probably best to temper your expectations a touch: we’ll likely be seeing some extended trailers, merchandise, and minor announcements here. But it’s just good to have Konami back in the conversation.
Subscribe to Push Square on YouTube166k
You’ll be able to tune in from 6AM PDT / 9AM PDT, and if you’re not sure what time that is in your region, we’ve compiled a little guide below:
- North America: 6am PDT / 7am MDT / 8am CDT / 9am EDT
- UK/Ire: 2pm BST
- Europe: 3pm CEST / 4pm EEST
- Asia/Oceania: 10pm JST / 9pm AWST / 11pm AEST
Will you be watching live? We’ll obviously bring you all of the aftermath here on Push Square, so you won’t miss a beat – but it’s nice to have Konami actively engaging in the industry again, isn’t it?

I hope these do well, Konami used to be one of my favorite game companies, especially in the arcade days!
Might announce some new collection, but other than that don't think there be any major announcements. Maybe officially revealing metal gear online.
Just give us a straight port (with some graphic enhancements) of MGS 4 and Revengence and I’ll be happy. I need nothing more from Konami at this point.
Volume 2 that contains MGS4, Peace Walker and a remaster of MGSV is all i want plus a remaster of Revengence.
Hopefully we get some details on MGO here! Legacy collection 2 would also be welcome.
Honestly hoping we see more of that octopus game as well
Thinking that it will have announcements of Switch 2 versions of games already announced or released. Volume 2 of Metal Gear Solid would be awesome.
Konami are low key cooking, maybe this could the start of their "Capcom" redemption.
I'll definitely check it out, would like to see more of Silent Hill f. I kinda want to avoid Delta since I don't want more stuff spoiled.
I'm looking forward to silent hill f, would love to see more combat though. Looked a lil janky in the trailer.
I'm actually getting excited for Metal Gear Solid Delta, but if it turns out it's been prudishly edited in unnecessary ways, I'll probably just stick to the original and look forward to MGS Collection Vol. 2.
Would be a perfect time for volume 2
Just need to get castlevania and contra back on track with modern reimaginings and konami are fully back on track. From there on I hope to see new franchises again
Funny they decided to use that date. MGS4 came out on the PS3 on that same date .
@Korgon
MGO would be the one true multiplayer that I'd actually gladly have. So many good matches during the PS3 days!
@RawnDawn I think the jank was the point since you play as a teenage girl.
Been saying best thing Konami ever did was get rid of that auteuer budget leech.
MGS Collection Vol.2 announcement would be ideal here.
I hope PW, GotP, and TPP are the 3 main games in it, while Twin Snakes, GZ, Revengeance, Acid, Acid 2 and PO/+ round out the package as the nice to haves.
I'd imagine a Castlevania 3D Collection could be also announced, with Lords of Shadow trilogy, Legacy of Darkness, Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness, and Judgement too. Completing the series ports into modern systems.
Just give me something castlevania and bomberman and I'll be happy. Any new IP are welcome too of course. I'd like for konami to make a comeback like Capcom and Sega are currently doing
@jFug Honestly, very good point.
I wonder then if Peace Walker would be the next remake. The game would need a lot of work to properly modernize it, but I can't foresee them remaking the original Metal Gear MSX games. If they did, I imagine it would be in the same style, but those games need a modern third person perspective.
@Sniperwithacause MGO is mouthwatering. Mgsv's MGO was completely lackluster. MGO for MGS3 and especially MGS4 were so freaking good it is a travesty on the level of no Silent Hills that they no longer are (ethically) playable.
Konami don't have what it takes to make a MGS game even if you gave them five hundred million, meh 🤣
MGS Delta day one, Konami is singlehandedly keeping stealth action alive with Ubisoft still quiet on the Splinter Cell Remake and IOI pivoting into more action with 007.
Vol 2 incoming hopefully they better put peace walker and 1 more thing this is probably impossible but can we get metal rising remastered 🙏
Now announce a dino crises remake and all will be good in this world lol
@RawnDawn silent hill is a tough one. I was worried when I saw SH2 remake combat but it ended up suiting the game and added to the experience rather than took away.
They only came back to gaming because didn't Japan clamp down on Pachinko machines
Have they finally fixed the Master Collection?
@arsmolinarc So what Konami did better after Kojima left when all they did right now only remaster, remake, and port their old games?
Heck. SH 2 remake and SH F wasn't developed by Konami and they can't even make a properly functional Master Collection.
Give me mgs4 in 4k 60fps and I’ll be happy
@Ludacritz
They don't.
@zimbogamer
Dino Crisis is Capcom franchise.
