Different gameplay mechanics, but the graphics are giving off Brütal Legend vibes (definitely a good thing!)

A game like this is crying out for a decent edit mode, allowing players to recreate real teams (and drivers) throughout the different eras.

Personally The Crew 2 didn't realise hit the mark, but Motorfest is much, much better. Good to know it with remain playable, unlike the first game (still hoping they might do the same for that if the other two offline modes are well received).

Physical pre-orders are priced at 24.99 GBP in the UK which seems quite reasonable.

People need to stop leaning into things. If they're not careful they'll fall over.

This would be awesome... one of my favourite PS3 games. Gutted when it was delisted in 2015 and I missed the chance to buy on Vita.

@Cerny That was Astro Bot, not Astro's Playroom.

Nothing wrong with the old cover art, but sure why not. It's really the Astro Bot cover that needs updating from the boring text logo to the key art in the Library.

Honestly, after the disappointment of Team Sonic Racing, I'd prefer a remaster of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Still gutted that Heartlands was cancelled. A 60fps PS5 patch for The Division 1 would be nice... Xbox got it via FPS Boost.

@TurboTom I had the Postman Game way back in 1989 on my C64 and Amiga 500.

@nessisonett I believe light pollution concerns were the reason plans for a similar sized sphere in East London were cancelled.

I've downloaded the "new" Jak & Daxter, but not had time to compare the two yet. Hopefully Ape Escape 2 is next, as the current emulation it's pretty awful on PS5.

Loved the first game until it was broken by the DLC for many players. Credit to the dev team they issued numerous patches to fix the issue, but for some (including me) the only fix was to delete the save data and start again.

I'll go back to it someday...

On the day the SEGA Saturn released in July 1995, I interviewed for my first full-time job as a games buyer at my local HMV. The head office games buyer was hyped for it and didn't see the PlayStation as a serious contender. Having played Ridge Racer on my mate's Japanese import PS1, I politely disagreed.

I got the job and was proved right... the rest is history!

Hopefully this doesn't undo the 4K PS4 Pro patch which was problematic... but eventually fixed. It's also one of those annoying titles that has separate save data for physical & digital, but 60fps is a great reason to replay.

Looking forward to trying this out. I played it briefly back at launch and it just didn't have enough polish. Maybe I'd been playing too much GT7 but graphically it was very apparent it was a 3rd party, multi-platform title.

I'm fascinated to see how machine learning and AI in general can develop this feature. Some people are reporting PS4 games looking better on their PS5 Pro but only after playing a couple of times... that's just weird.

The downside is bugs and graphical glitches that will no doubt be introduced by AI, like the GTA Trilogy.

@Rich33 As long as you're signed in with the same PSN ID, you can always transfer the SSD to another console without the need to re-download anything. That's stated in the official Sony FAQ.

Fond memories of Hardball on C64 and Amiga. However, as a young NFL fan in the 80s I put many hours into another Accolade game... 4th & Inches. It had no official licenses so surprised and disappointed that it's not included.

As for exposure, it's completely dependant on how R* plan to use the song within the game. I wonder what Tom Petty's estate received for Love Is A Long Road?... the GTA6 trailer increased its Spotify streams by 36,979%. Not bad for a B-side!

@W0rl0ck No, Antstream subscriptions on PlayStation (and Xbox for that matter) exist within their own ecosystem with no transfer of entitlements, progress, scores to other platforms.

Having previously played it on Xbox a while ago, I jumped in with a lifetime PS subscription. All good so far apart from a very odd menu slowdown when navigating. Eventually crawls to a halt, fixed only by restarting. No performance or lags issues within the actual games through.

Sounds like the familiar gameplay loop... janitor needed in aquarium/picking up litter, expeditions to find/create new stuff instead of research labs.

More importantly, I hope they don't give the UI another overhaul. That was definitely the worst part of switching between TP Hospital and TP Campus.

My last 4-5 store purchases over the past two weeks have not earned me any points. Anyone else having that problem again?

Astro's Playroom remains my favourite PS5 game and I can't wait for Astro Bot. I love the design of the limited edition controller and bought one with no intention of reselling. However, I'm slightly concerned that the white analog sticks will get grubby over time, and I already have 3 PS5 controllers so I certainly don't "need" it right now. I'm inclined to keep it sealed so it retains it's value, but if I choose to sell it in 18 months time does that make me a scalper??

Was it me or did that trailer feature no grass courts?
