Two Point Hospital is a modern take on classic sim games like Theme Hospital, and a wide range of DLC was released for it over the years.
Full Health Collection bundles it all together, and brings the game to PS5 six years after launching on PS4.
In addition to the main game, here's what you're getting:
- Culture Shock
- Fancy Dress Pack
- A Stitch in Time
- Close Encounters
- Retro Item Pack
- Off The Grid
- Speedy Recovery
- Bonus Campus Items
- SEGA 60th Items
- Free Zombie Costume
- Hospital Pass (Golden Toilet)
- Jingle Jam (from Humble Bundle)
- Convention-al Rug (from Twitch, both Venus and Violet variants)
That's a lot of stuff.
We really liked the original, praising its humour, simple but compelling gameplay, and varied campaign.

Could have sworn this was already a thing
@PsBoxSwitchOwner There is a "jumbo edition" digital upgrade bundle for base owners , as well as a Hospital/Campus bundle but this is the first time the game has been ps5 native
I'm fairly sure some of those DLC packs (Speedy Recovery, A Stitch in Time and Culture Shock) were only ever released for PC, so there is new content here for anyone who's only played the PS4 version - even the Jumbo edition.
Some quality of life improvements would be appreciated, mainly the UI. I loved it but it's quite jarring going back after spending a lot of time with Two Point Campus and Two Point Museum.
More info regarding save game transfer and pricing would also be helpful.
2nd most played game on my PSN account of all time. 309 hours to 100% this bad boy. Scared of doing it all again lol. Hopefully better performance cause those later DLCs crashed often on the ps4.
The hospital administrator is cheating
The Two Point games are so good. Not my usual cup of tea but I really enjoyed the two I played.
I brought the jumbo edition on PS4 so where do i stand here? 🤷🏿♀️ Maybe a discount 🤔
@Jayslow for someone only on hospital #3, what are your top 5 tips?
@ThatOtherNewGuy well it's been several years, but let me try.
1. Specialize all of your doctors and nurses if possible. You want GP doctors, treatment doctors, and later on diagnosis doctors with X-rays/mega scan specialty. For nurses you have diagnosis, ward, and treatment nurses.
2. With the specialized workers make sure they only work in their specialized rooms. So GP doctors should only work in the GP office. Ward nurses, just the ward etc.
3. Pay attention to the random modifiers on your staff. I forget the best and worst. But the ones I remember to avoid are evil, and the best one (while rare) was one that literally heals them while talking. Best to have that on a diagnosis nurse if possible. But they are rare, so don't hunt for them.
4. Try to get max rating on all your rooms if possible. Less important for bathrooms. But break room and any room staff get to 5 stars. Spamming gold star awards makes this quite easy. Also once you build one, copy the template. Make it's so much easier to build later in through the game.
5. And lastly more of a gameplay one. Pay attention to your bottlenecks. I kept my max queue alert at 4 (think it defaults to 6). So if you see all your gp offices with a large queue, that's a sign to get another office up and running. Same for diagnosis and treatment areas as well.
And one small bonus tip. It may have changed, but I avoided putting down benches. All it did was make it take longer for patients to enter the room. They default the being in orderly line. Still put down some entertainment if you have rooms with a decent sized queue.
@Jayslow awesome thanks!
