I've become addicted to Dauntless, I know it has its issues, but it's a great monster hunter for people that don't have a lot of time to sink into Monster Hunter.
I'm also looking forward to giving The Untitled Goose Game a go and after seeing Rise of Skywalker, I want to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 again.
I'm traveling this weekend, so I'll be playing some Stardew Valley. Hopefully I'll get home at a reasonable time to play something on the PS4. Not going to lie, Division 2 is extremely tempting.
I have been reading some of the posts about this suite. A lot of nasty posts from people. I'm surprised that the suite made it into the game. I hope those that made nasty posts don't feel like they "won".
I have too many games to play. Which is a good problem to have I guess. I'll be digging into Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Some Spiderman. And some Starview Valley.
I've become addicted to Moonlighter, I love the dungeon diving/selling Ware to customers mechanic. I do find myself yelling at customers, 'Do you know how hard it was to get that item?" Doesn't seem to phase them though.
For example, as a host of a podcast, I get offered ads or cross promote other content created by other podcasters that I've turned down because I don't agree with their content. I'm not censoring them, they can create any content they want, I just won't have it on my podcast.
One thing I'll point out is that this isn't censorship, it's a publisher that says that they want/don't want certain content on their system. This happens quite a bit in entertainment. If the developer doesn't like what the publisher is telling them to do, they can go elsewhere, and terminate their relationship with the publisher.
Censorship is done by governments, and there isn't a different option (unless of course you move).
RDR2 - I played some last night and lost track of time; it was 2:30am by the time I checked! I haven't been pulled into a game like this since... well, the first RDR!
I'll also be putting in some hours into Diablo III.
RDR2 - I was going to wait to pick it up, but with all the accolades it's been getting, I broke down and picked it up. Not that I'm complaining, it's a fabulous game.
My poor wallet over the next few weeks...this is an awesome (and expensive) time to be a gamer!
@BAMozzy thanks for the response! That's cool that Forza got it right then, minus the exploding walls. When we were in Ireland, I drove down this extremely narrow road in Cork, with cars parked on each side of the road. I was trying to find my way out of the city, turns out the road I took was a dead end. I had to back out the whole length of the road. It was super stressful lol. A got help from someone who lived there to back the car out and to get back on the highway. I did scrap up the car on a stone wall...good thing for insurance!
I'll be playing more Spiderman. I am not very far in the game, because every time I see a crime going on, I feel it's my duty to stop it. Being Spiderman is hard work.
I'll also be playing more Forza Horizon 4, I keep forgetting that I need to drive on the left hand side. Is it true that there are all these stone walls on each side of the road? I haven't driven in England, but I have driven in Ireland, and that's one of the things I've noticed, that all the roads have stone walls on each side. I also noticed that the roads are super narrow.
I'll also be playing some Area of Valor. I haven't lost a match yet. Either I'm a MOBA prodigy, or the competition isn't that good. I'm thinking the latter, hoping for the former (alright esports career, here I come!)
More Spiderman this weekend. I also want to play more Fire Pro Wrestling, I've created a ton of wrestlers (and downloaded a ton too) but haven't really played the game much; I need to fix that
@JJ2 lol I know, me too. I'm glad she's enjoying the game, but the reason I got up at 6am was to play the game...my daughter got up too, expecting that I'd be firing up the PS4...way too early for a weekend lol
@Matroska I agree. Sony has done a way better job of supporting their older systems. That being said, I will say it's sad how awful the PS Vita online store is, I really like my Vita, but I agree with others, I've never made an impulse buy in it, because the store isn't updated.

I've got some games that I'm reviewing, so I'll be focusing on those. Other than that, Tetris 99...
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 257
@folgin i want a party when you hit your 100th Platinum trophy...there better be cake!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 256
I'm hoping to complete a game I'm currently reviewing, then I want to get back into Spiderman.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 253
This weekend I'm playing some Disaega 5 and Octopath Traveller. I'm also playing another game, but I can't talk about it yet.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 252
Some RDR2 online, I have to say, if you're not playing with friends, the online experience sucks. Too many people just killing you for no reason.
I also am playing some Razed, I love the music and the art style.
Re: Game of the Year 2018: Christian's Personal Picks
@folgin nice list...but you're missing one really important game... Spiderman! Otherwise, great list.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 247

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 246
Today starts my week long vacation (finally) so I'll be playing some Red Dead Redemption 2, Spiderman, and Let's Go Pokemon.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 245
RDR2 on PS4 and Diablo III on Switch.

Re: Poll: One Week Later, Is Red Dead Redemption 2 the Best Game of 2018?
@AyanamiReign yeah that mission annoyed me a bit too; Rockstar wanted to remind you that you are not a good person.
Re: Poll: One Week Later, Is Red Dead Redemption 2 the Best Game of 2018?
@get2sammyb I agree that the missions are great fun, but I will say, Micah really screwed things up for me...lol

@Flaming_Kaiser I do have primal, I haven't played much.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 242
Hopefully I'll get some time to swing around in NY as Spiderman. I really want to earn that Platinum trophy - it would be my first Platinum trophy.
And then some Splatoon 2 and some Crayola Scoot as well.
Re: PS4 Messages Designed to Brick Your Console Reported By Users
I get weird messages from time to time, the last one was something about how I should give them a call...it sucks that this stuff exists.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 241
More Spiderman. I love this game, there's just so much to do.
I also want to give Friday the 13th a try, since I got it as a PSPlus member.
Also some Tricky Towers - enjoying it so far, I challenged my wife to a game. I'm gonna lose lol.
Re: Spider-Man PS4's Platinum Completion Rate Is Insane
This might be my first platinum trophy, I still have a ways to go, but I'm really enjoying the game.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 240
@beemo lol nice. Yeah the only place that is similar to the narrow roads are in Hawaii...but not as narrow.

Re: PlayStation Plus October 2018 Games Announced
Friday the 13th! Yay, finally a game I don't own (and secretly wanted to).
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 237
Spiderman on PS4
Super Dungeon Tactics on Switch
Re: Poll: One Week Later, Is Spider-Man PS4 as Good as the Reviews Say?
I'm still loving this game. I'm hoping that they will continue to have more DLC besides the ones already announced.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 236
@sketchturner yeah good point. I realized that after I posted this and got the Fisk trophy for science in a backpack. That's really funny!

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 236
Spiderman! This game is amazing! My daughter loves hunting down backpacks. No wonder he's so poor, he keeps buying new backpacks.
Re: Poll: Are You Buying Marvel's Spider-Man?
Pre-ordered it. I was tempted to play it last night, but since I had to go to work early today, I decided against that idea.
I played a couple of hours, man it's so good! I'm loving the game play and the story is really good so far too!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 224
I have such a huge backlog. I want to play some Elder Scrolls online, then maybe some Witcher 3
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 223
I'm traveling so I be bringing my Vita with me. Maybe some more Dragon Quest Builders.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 221
Bloodstained Curse of the Moon, my 2nd favorite "Castlevania" game.
Re: Sony Could At the Very Least Remember to Refresh PS Vita's Store
@KingdomHeartsFan well I was going to say, I think that's the one system that Nintendo has supported better than Sony.
3ds has been out for a long time, and it's still getting support. The Vita had so much potential.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 210
PS4: Battle Chasers - I love the art work, and I'm actually interested in the story. I find the game play to be addictive too.
Switch: Splatoon 2 and Zelda, just got a Switch yesterday.
PSVita: Dragon Quest Builders
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 210
@carlos82 let me know what you think of Raiders of the Lost Ark. I had it as a kid, and it didnt make much sense, maybe it will as an adult?
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 208
@kyleforrester87 at the end of chapter 1 I thought the same thing, boy this got dark real fast.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 208
@kyleforrester87 how are you liking Crossing Souls?
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 208
Crossing Souls - it's pretty fun so far, it's gets depressing within the first hour. So far enjoying the Stranger Things vibe.
