I bought the game at launch mostly because I really wanted the steelbook that Best Buy was giving away with the game. Saw the reviews and let it collect dust until 2.0.

And now I've played through it twice with varying builds and will probably play it a 3rd time soon. Wonderful game.

Picked this up at launch, game had a bug that kept eating my saves, and I never played it again. May need to give it another shot after this update.

As a parent of 2 kids 8 and under, I absolutely refuse to let them play games with this ***** in it. By consequence, the 8 year old loves AstroBot, Crash Bandicoot, and Sack Boy. You can blame companies all you want but, at some point, it's on the parents too.

On topic: I'd probably buy and play it if it ended up being a thing. I am thoroughly enjoying Atsu's quest so far and loved GoT.

Missed this game when it came out. Amazon has the Xbox copy for $15 and the PS4 version for $45. Make it make sense.

Very excited to get into this. The jump from Kiwami 2 to the PS4 version of 3 was extremely jarring and getting through 3 was a SLOG, especially with the even dated-at-the-time fighting system.

Favorite gaming franchise, even though I just could not get into 5. Please, for the love of GOD, remake MGS. You're doing it with 3; give the original that love.

It's Take-Two. If true, they will have waited for Switch 2 to be a thing to bring a next gen version to ensure money is made there. I would be absolutely stunned if this was a free upgrade.

Game was fun. Had very few issues - FPS drops - and genuinely enjoyed my time with it. If you didn't like it, cool. Go read a different article about a game you did enjoy and be positive over there instead of negative here.

It's the best GTA game, before Rockstar lost their soul and started unashamedly chasing money as their primary goal

@themightyant Careful with those hour counters. I've left Oblivion running in Rest Mode and, apparently, have logged over 150 hours in that game.

As someone who is seriously considering buying an Xbox just to play ps3 era games locally, please just bring GTA4 to a playable state where I don't have to stream it. Please. For the love of GOD.

@charbtronic lol. I was thinking the same thing. I haven't listened to them in quite some time. Visited the channel for the first time in a long time a week or so ago. One of the videos was literally them trying to sell you on why you should vote a particular way in the US Presidential election.

Bought a Vita just to be able to hack the thing and play old games on it. But agree with everything Shu said. Putting proprietary EVERYTHING on a device at the tail end of that being a thing was a terrible decision.

Yakuza/LAD is super over the top and melodramatic. Sleeping Dogs leaned way more into realism. That being said, I agree with you.

Played this on PC about 3 years ago - it was painful on ps3 - and enjoyed my time but it really showed its age. More than happy to revisit if this is, indeed, true.

Anyone know if they fixed the issues with the PS5 upgrade of the first game? Was pretty brutal.

I rented this from Hollywood Video - yes, rented - based off of stellar reviews. This was one of those PS2 games that had the blue back (remember that?). This game is how I found out my original fat PS2 was broken: it wouldn't play the game because of the blue back. Played other games fine, though.
