Stunning MGS4 Steelbook Confirmed for Master Collection Vol. 2

You'll be able to own a physical Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 steelbook themed around the bundle's main event: Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Konami shared the news in a fun social media where Old Snake finds the steelbook himself, complete with the new item pick-up screen and the following caption: "Good pickup, Snake. We'll analyse this further and get back to you with more information in a few hours."

The video confirms the steelbook is a pre-order bonus available at "select retailers".

As a reminder, Master Collection Vol. 2 releases for PS5 on 27th August 2026 and contains the following:

• Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PS3)
• Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection version)
• Metal Gear: Ghost Babel (Game Boy Color)
