I have a feeling we're going to see Expedition 33 sweep a lot of categories this year. I only played a little bit of it last spring/summer, but I need to keep playing.

For my GotY, it has to be Silksong. The game was so good and I loved the entire 70 hours I put into it.
I haven't played Death Stranding 2 yet since I'm waiting for a PC release, I want to play Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, I liked Bananza but I kinda fell away from it without finishing it, haven't played Hades 2.

I thought Cosmic Shake was a fun time and this sounds like it's more of the same, which is fine by me.

Jez Corden isn't exactly a reliable source for rumors so I have a hard time believing this. They're already expanding to mobile with the recent Horizon and Ratchet games, I don't see why they would pull back from their PC ports.

They also put out a job application for a senior multiplatform engineer not too long ago, to expand their reach to other platforms.

I finished Enotria last night, it's a fun souls-like, not the worst I've played but not the best.

Now I'm debating what to play next. I want to play Expedition 33, but I want to start Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, but I also want to try Middle Earth Shadows of War cause I played the first game years and years ago. But I also want to try Tunic.

Way too many choices lol.

Why not let people play on private servers, the game is already dead anyways.

Besides, if Sony doesn't like the game being brought back out into the limelight, maybe make better decisions.

The thing that bothers me is Activision is a billion dollar company, owned by a billion dollar parent company and Call of Duty is a billion dollar franchise.

Why the hell can't you pay real artists to draw and design the art, instead of resorting to free generative ai tools.

I'm excited for it. Valve supports open source software and it's running their OS which is similar to Linux. You'll be able to squeeze a lot of performance out of this, more then people realize. Thing is, Valve views it as a pc, not just a console, so it already has that advantage.

@LikelySatan Same, it's such a fun little gem of a game that's unfortunately stuck on the PS3.

But is the sword as big as the sword in 3D Dot Game Heroes?

That's the real question.

The game definitely has a lot of really cool mechanics. Need to keep an eyeball on this.

I really want to buy this and play it.

An MMO Horizon game sounds interesting. I'm curious to see how they do this.

Watched some of the trailer and I think it looks fun.

I still love the design of the console. It's so different and kinda outlandish but that makes me love it even more.

Granted I built a new PC last year and used an all white tower, so there may be bias on my own taste for electronics, but who knows lol.

If this wasn't on mobile, I would give it a try. Just good to see Ratchet games still alive after Rift Apart.

This felt more like the Indie Directs that Nintendo does; a smaller bitesized showcase that usually won't feature massive crazy reveals.

With that in mind, I thought it was good for what it is.

The two new characters sound fun and I'm super hyped to see my man Artorias return.

Also Shadow of the Erdtree content is coming as well. Can't wait.

I'm not much for extraction shooters but this game definitely has my attention. Looks fun from all the streams I've watched over the last week or so.

SH2 Remake is such a fantastic game, Xbox peeps are in for a treat.

Oof that's quite the asking price for an upgrade.

I love Nightreign, I actually love it way more then I expected, so I'm curious to see the dlc.

Didn't expect a Japan focused state of play. Color me intrigued.

I feel like Yotei has the advantage in the gameplay department but I still think Tsushima has a better story overall.

But man, it's tough to say which is better cause they're both fantastic games.

Gotta delay the game to try and cover up how scummy their workplace environment is.

Rockstar has a history of severe crunch so them union busting and using "leaking info" as an excuse would not surprise me one bit.

Massive congrats to the PCSX2 team. I remember the emulator struggling to play a lot of games like 10 years ago, and after trying some stuff on it recently, I was really surprised by how good it is.

I'm genuinely hoping we get a new CTR. I still hold out hope that they put Nitro Fueled on PC and release a ps5 patch for it.

I have a feeling this isn't going to last long cause locking merch behind trophies is just going to hurt sales for the item in the end, obviously.

I'm really hoping this means a possibility of console exclusives releasing on PS5 and PC simultaneously. I'm waiting for the PC ports of Ghost of Yotei and Death Stranding 2.

Like I've said many times in the past few years, the games releasing on something like PC only helps Sony's profits, not hinder it. There will always be a market for consoles for people that just want a plug-n-play experience. Console won't just magically poof out of existence.

Really excited for this game to release next year. Looks like a ton of fun and really quirky.

I like both remakes and remasters. Remakes are great to experience a game in a new way, kinda like FF7 Remake or even RE4 Remake with it's new mechanics and extra content.

I also like remasters cause they bring a game to modern platforms with a few QoL enhancements.

On that note, bring Demon Souls Remake to PC and Bloodborne Remaster to modern consoles/PC you cowards! yells at clouds

I always love seeing obscure games from the PS1/N64/Dreamcast era get re-released.

I decided to continue my save that I started July of 2024 for Metro Exodus. It's been a long while but I wanted to finally finish the game, so that's what I'll be playing.

I genuinely want to play this cause it looks really fun.

Honestly it should be free and PS+ should house all of the extras that you can get from paying.

If Expedition 33 is so good, then how come there isn't an Expedition 33 Remake Integrade?

Hopefully we can get another Legacy Kollection with some of the PS2 era MK games, but this is a great bundle of the older MK games.

I always try to play more spooky games for Spook month. It's just perfectly fitting.

I always like it when games like this go off the wall with crossovers lol.

I do like the Lady D costume lol. Genuinely curious what the other costumes that will be in the game, both Deluxe and unlockable.

I had the first game on my Steam library for a few years but just never got around to playing it but I wouldn't mind hopping into the second game.

I still love Wilds, it's a great game at the end of the day, but the bad optimization and Capcom not really addressing it is hurting it in the long run.

Which is a shame cause it's a genuinely fun MH title.

I think Kojima could have done an awesome job with a Matrix game. A shame Konami didn't allow it to happen.

@Fiendish-Beaver When I was in high school, I wanted to be an animator for a game studio, but in retrospective, I'm glad I never got into the game industry.

What a massive shame, so many people losing their jobs. Hopefully they can all have a quick turn around on employment.
