Import retailer Play Asia hopes you’ll keep the “no disc, no buy” energy with its Physical Revival campaign, underway now.

The site has assembled a curated collection of physical PS4 games, reprinted and back in stock “for collectors, fans, and anyone who believes great games belong on the shelf”.

Among the titles – which appear to be multi-language Asian copies, likely from Hong Kong – are genuinely acclaimed games like River City Girls and Romancing SaGa 2.

They each cost around $40 apiece, but there’s free shipping on orders over $99.

Play Asia is really playing up the ownership aspect here, noting that physical games don’t come with licenses like digital purchases.

This is obviously all in response to Sony’s decision to cease manufacturing physical discs in January 2028.

So, I guess it’s time to put your money where your mouth is and support an independent retailer flogging legitimate physical games.
