@jmac1686 So, could you elaborate som more, please? (I'm not being rude here but genuinely interested), how does this game run on Xbox or PC? By this I mean; how good is the AI compared to others games such as GTA5 and RDR2? Is the spawning of the police better than described in the article here etc.?
I mean, for a game of this scale, in 2021, one would and should think(at least when used to playing the mentioned games) that it at least is on par with the PS3 version of GTA5 from 2013?
But it doesn't sound like it to me...

@get2sammyb I've had hard times getting new launch console systems in the past, such as both PS3 and PS4, but the current one is actually worrying me to the point that I start wondering if I will be able to play the next COD which probably will be released come November? I mean, if I'm still just stuck with my PS4, and thousands of others like me, and being unable to purchase and play the next COD, this will affect the sales I presume? Or do you know if Activision and other companies are due to ship new games for both platforms through this year?

I guess I'll just stick with the PS4 this gen. Maybe I'll get the PS5 by next gen ... :-/

I mostly replay if trophies or platnium requiers it. Or sometimes nostalgia and this combined with great gunplay and action like the uncharted series. Oh and also if it’s great games as mentioned and they’re being remastered.

@get2sammyb Another weird thing is MP only trophies such as Fortnite, where I can’t get the trophies since they’re tied to chapter 1 I think. I didn’t play much of chapter 1 and lost the opportunity I guess :-/

@BAMozzy Yeah, I got this yesterday. It confused me at first, and yes, I didn't use this feature at all.

MS can keep'em all. I'm not worried and won't miss or loose sleep over any of this.

@Arugula I'm still working on my playthrough. Not enjoying it that much. It all gets boring and very samey after a while. The side quests are all too alike, dull and interrupt constantly. The endless stream of fights is becoming routine and a pain in the butt after the first few hundred of them or so. And the story is plain simple and non interesting/ existing.

@Quintumply Probably too much to expect; but is it possible to get any information regarding other regions than UK or US? I believe there is quite a few readers on this site not living in named regions ... me included. And in my region, Scandinavia, there is not as much as a hint of news regarding the PS5 like, anywhere. It's a non existing product.

How about trying to get some info from Sony, what is actually going on? I know for example that there is a global problem with producing enough components which also affects the PC delivery to private business firms around the globe. And not just in the gaming industry.

The reatil version is just about as unavailable for me as the devkit. I just want a PS5 no matter what it looks like, but it won't happen it seems ...

This is probably easier than say, getting my hands on a Ps5 console

As old as I am, I'm quite rusty all round , but even to me the races in Career mode seems so easy and very samey ...

@Hyperluminal wut? I thought this game was out on Windows, iOS etc. and I read news about it in late 2020?

@Hyperluminal well, the Sensibel games on C64 is just as special. Wizball is one of the greatest C64 games ever. Thay also made that 'Shoot'em up construction set kit' on the C64! A program for creating your own shootem'ups on the C64, it's mind blowing what they achieved.

But of course 'Cannon Fodder' 1 and 2 on the Amiga is unparalleled. I spoke to Jon Hare about a possible Cannon Fodder 3D back in 2002. He had plans, but sadly it hasn't happened.

But nowadays he is back with 'Sociable Soccer' on several platforms.

@hypnotoad I follow Braybrook on Twitter and he actually made a shooter on PC (unpublished) a couple of years ago. "Astierods" I think it was called.
A lot of cool stuff (actually more cool stuff now than ever) happening on the C64 stage.

Also seeing the hairdo on the Aloy underwater in the 2nd one, just too weird. I know it`s knit picking but I`m knit picky I guess😊

There is no trace of the PS5 in my region, and still won't be for months, this is silly.

This just keeps getting worse for each gen. I remember the mayhem surrounding ps2 back in the day, and the ps3 and ps4... Im in Norway and have realized that I probably won't be able to get a new flashy ps5 until late autumn, if I'm lucky ...

Titan Fall 2 campaign was also one of the absolute best games on the ps4 and lest forget UC: the lost legacy, great game!

I'm loving Zombies this time around for the first time since Blackops 3, so it'll be interesting to try out Cranked in this mode for sure

@HEVIHITR What a broken statement ... If it was never meant to work on old gen consoles(despite development started years before the PS5 was more than a mere idea), then the game shouldn't have been released for them either. It's that simple.

The 5GB PS3 slim is in use for Bluray, the PS3 mid slim is in the drawer, hopefully in order. The PS3 Fat (bread bin)version is kaput but standing in the livingroom as 'decoration'. Also got a super slim PS2 (the size of a coaster), but not used it in years. And I could go on... but won't

It's allright. And I enjoyed Zombies a lot, until a few days ago... when I started to loose connection both in MP and Zombies, and the hateful connection symbol started popping up(just like in so many older Treyarch titles) very annoying and gamebreaking.
I fear starting up the game every night now. I just can't find anything wrong with my local network either(even though I use wifi, but it has worked flawless, especially the last year with MW), so it's frustrating af.

Well... with all the hype (on this site also) for almost a year, it's no wonder. I for one will be using the ps4pro for months to come. I just hope the ps4 and the millions playing on it, isn't left behind ... I'll get the Ps5 when everything calms down

@Amusei Yeah, I can play one match of Fall Guys, after that I'll get stuck in the lobby, just won't start another match, so I have to shut down the game and start over. Same happended three times, then I just quit.

@NomNom It could be R* sees potential in sertain technical areas within Ruffian which they can hone into something good for further R* projects. I believe there exists talent within Ruffian for sure.

The PS5 reminds me more of a Sub😂
