A shameful boring game story wise, so getting the Plat was the only meaningful thing to do and it was almost too simple to get it.

I think it's a no brainer that AI at some point may be used and I'll be very surprised if the games business will be barred from using it according to laws, but who knows.

This new GTA game (if it's called GTA 6 or something else) will probably bee current gen only. And the brand is so strong that it will boost console sales and maybe get bundled with the PS5.

But who knows, this is just my 2 cents.

Hm, I was interested in this, but it sounds just like Alan Wake 2 gameplay wise, and got the score both games should have, so I'll skip this I guess.

I am shocked by this game. It's slow, disorienting, little to no gameplay for long periods of time, a lot of tiresome 'mind place' drivel which is unneccessary and breaks the pace (if there is any) and I could go on. I genuinely don't understand the high rating. I would say this is a 5 or 6, maybe 7 at best.

I've played 'em all since 2003, but I think I've reached the end. The fun isn't there anymore. It's all become so incredibly complicated in all respects... It's just sad.

I've never participated in the WAYP I'll be mopping up the rest of Spider man 2 and start my AW2 rider after dark this pre Halloween weekend.

I was not sure about buying this game, which looked like a movie in the trailers. But it is a damn good looking game and fun swinging around the city.

But the story is a slog at times, and the movement while walking around as Peter or Miles is extremely slow. Also a lot of the missions and side quests is actually quite childish.
I've had most fun with doing the collectible stuff

I've visited NY City in RL, so it's a joy revisiting the city in such a scale and detail in this game though.

It was a mistake. You know what that is right? Why disappointed? They are fixing it. You should be pleased😊

I'll buy that for a dollar... but it'll probably cost a 'bit' more

Both disappointing and surprising tbh. I hope he'll resurface somewhere else as I think he has contributed to interesting games and he's a skilled artist actually.

@Blacksmith1985 Yeah, I agree. I miss the PS3 era in that respect. In the times we are living now with inflation on everything, I think Sony should've done things different. Maybe Essensial should be almost free, just contain multiplayer access and add cloud save and free games to the two teers above or something like that.

I've still got my PS3, the game and both my sanity and integrity, so that's a fat NO! This is just shameless and should just be burried instead of written about IMO.

@Darylb88 yeah OK, but those new/ younger players could also experience the game properly upgraded if this wasn’t just a simple port.

@Arnna I'm with you. I'll probably play these games through when they hit PS+ one day. And I've been a Spiderman fan since I grew up with the comics in the 70's and 80's. The games just don't click with me.

Also, the game is getting awfully crowded, there are so many (presumably) playable characters now. I guess the female spider will be introduced in the 3rd installment...

@get2sammyb That may be, but I almost(if not totally) forgot this is supposed to be a game when I saw the trailer and it felt like a movie trailer. And I'm dead serious.

@Exerion76 Naturally the movie script will be condensed and focus on vital deliveries, plot points and the characters involded. I doubt the movie producers will go for 'the platinum' and show 300+ deliveries alone on foot, bike or zip lines etc.

I won’t hold my breath waiting on games with thin (or absurd)story lines from these guys.
