I can see the girl working as Princess Zelda, but the boy as Link? I need some strong powers of imagination to see that working.

I never knew that reading subtitles instead of looking at the action on screen was an authentic experience..

This looks like a worthy sequel to GoT and I just love me some dark revenge story. There hasn't been anything like GoT since it came out. That goofy-ass Rise of the Ronin game absolutely does not count.

I just don't understand that when games get cancelled, all that money and resources are just lost and wasted. Some of the most colossal, long-running franchises were created from other scrapped games. Retool these cancelled games into something that will work! That's how we got Assassin's Creed (scrapped Prince of Persia game) and Devil May Cry (scrapped Resident Evil game) for example. These corporations just don't get it anymore.

On a technical level this game is still a marvel. The amount of work that went into all the small details and animations is still unmatched by most games to this day. The gameplay was also extremely tense yet fun, and that lower-level hospital part still haunts my nightmares 🥲 if you know, you know. Also really liked Ellie. Just didn't like the ending. Completely f**ked the story for me, but everything else was incredible 👌🏻

Still doesn't make any sense to me 😂🙈 And Die-Hardman should've won the Game Awards oscar

Well, if it's going to "SUBVERT EXPECTATIONS" then it will be spot on with Part 2's story 👌🏻

Games like Killzone 2 and 3, running at 4k60, would look right at home on modern systems. MGS4 too. Visually, they still hold up really well 🤩 I'd also like to see God of War Ascension get a remaster some day. And give ICO a nice little remake 🥹 And let us play fun indies like Tokyo Jungle again! 😄 And remaster Siren: Blood Curse, but also fix the controls and the camera etc etc. 😓 So many games.. I could go on and on 😅

Just when it seemed like they finally figured out a clear vision for the future of their gaming division, they go and do something as monumentally stupid as this. Why not just continue working on the DLC until it actually is substantial enough for release? Anything Hogwarts Legacy related is easy money in the bank. Thought WB understood that...

It's quite miraculous how they've turned Cyberpunk 2077 around to be one of the best open world games on the market. And Phantom Liberty was absolutely sublime 👌🏻 Just goes to show that if you don't shutter your studio and just fix your mess-of-a-game, it can be good and make money. No Man's Sky another wonderful example.

If you can ignore all the petty, nitpicky criticism that this game has received from the internet, you can actually enjoy a polished, gorgeous fuedal-Japan AC game with a huge focus on stealth 🙌🏻 Ubisoft have learned to take care with this one and released it in a wonderful state, as they have learned from SW Outlaws (which has also been fixed since). People need to chill and be a bit more positive ✌🏻

All these leaks, claims, rumors etc.... just sucks the excitement out of official announcements and creates expectations for nothing 🙄 Borders on trolling at this point.

Josef Fares is an absolute legend. Incredibly based. All game developers should be like this guy. There's nothing corporate or sleezy about him 🙌🏻 He just respects video games and gamers alike.

There's just something very relaxing about climbing games. Like when playing Jusant, you just get this very chilled feeling of peaceful isolation while taking in the scenery and looking down at how far you've come. I welcome the difficulty of Cairn, but I hope it has similar vibes 😌

@heavyartillery56 You have no idea why there's not going to be any DLC for SM2. No one does. Most likely the DLC was scrapped because Insomniac wanted to get started on SM3 right away.
