This is the crap I'm talking about! The whole reason for a season pass in the first place was to give those who bought the season pass EVERYTHING that comes post release of a game! I cannot defend this and I cannot come to reason with anyone that does, this is just pure greed, period.

I don't see why they just don't make a patch that allows you to get dusty tokens every time you do a side quest or win in a trial mission, that would have been better than locking certain content behind a dead online service.
This is why I hate games being locked to online, it ruins the game as a whole, especially for completionist, plus that equipment you get that give you unlimited energy is literally the most useful thing out of the entire game. In many cases it's impossible to beat many online ghost competitions without it.

I think I'll stick with Megaran's take on FF rap music, they actually rap the FF7 story to remixed FF7 music and it is pretty good tbh.

It better be completely backwards compatible with ps4, I better be able to play my physical ps4 games on it and be able to transfer all of my digital ps4 content onto it like dlc ect. If not there's gonna be consequences and repercussions!

It doesn't have to be one player harassing someone, it can be a group of players taking turns harassing a single player, which will happen like it does in every online only mp game! Bethesda are complete morons if they believe they can stop gamers from screwing up the experience for everyone else. There is literally no feasible way in this reality to stop someone from constantly ruining an online game session for others!
Just looking at someone else's character's ridiculous name has destroyed many of my online plays, or having idiots constantly run around in circles for no reason and doing idiotic things like jumping in corners or spamming BS all the time, and don't get me started on the little bastards who aren't even supposed to be playing these type of games getting on there with their racist crap.
This is why I no longer play online or multiplayer games, and looks like Fallout 76 is another one I won't be going anywhere near of.

EA is literally the worse company to ever exist, I seriously doubt Konami could ever come close to crapping all over gamers as EA always does (with ease mind you) and make fans believe they are doing them a favor at the same time. I swear people who still support EA are just fully at this point.
EA has masterfully duped gamers into believing microtransactions are okay, and that's a mindset I'll never understand or accept!

The only game that needs a new release date is Anthem, especially given how pissed off people are at EA for trying to destroy single player games. I wouldn't be surprised if people buy Days Gone just to spite EA, I know I am O_O

Always online?! No thanks, I'm already having connection issues in MH World just by trying to get into a hunt with other players, I don't need the stress of trying of constantly getting error messages every time I even attempt to even boot up Anthem. I play games to relieve stress, not become even more stressed out.

The day that happens is the day I stop playing video games! If I can't own my games and play them whenever I want without a server then I want no part of it. Ubisoft, EA, Activision Blizzard, Bungie, WB, Square Enix can go stream their games as much a they want because I don't buy their games anyway.

For once I would love to see a open world game showcase more of NY than just Manhattan, I'm really getting sick and tired of Manhattan being the focal point of every game based in NY.

@Kai_ yeah, but we're getting 99.99 percent of a complete and content full game and don't have to worry about season passes, future dlc, microtransactions, games as service crap or any other monetization garbage because the devs literally would prefer to work on a new game, or perhaps a sequel, rather than spending more development time trying to stretch an already finished story.
I'll happily support this game and any other game that moves further from the greedy business practices that 3rd party triple A publishers are trying to force upon the gaming market.
This is as close to how games used to be released as any recent game has ever been aside from GoW, that is unless they're planing to release extra content for GoW, which if that's case this is the only one so far.
I'm just at a point where I just want to buy a complete game and not have to think, or worry, about any extra content later down the line. Thanks to Capcom and the crap they pulled with Asura's Wrath's true ending being locked behind a paywall I'm completely against any and all monetization of all single player focused games after launch.
I never forget and I never forgive, that's the only way to never get screwed more than once by the same tactic.

@Cutmastavictory Especially after Horizon Zero Dawn and God of War pretty much spoiled us to death with better visuals and what seems like better gameplay given what little Capcom did showcase a long time ago.
This game will be an outdated game if ever released, which I seriously doubt Capcom will even get that far.
This game is going right back into development limbo imo and I honestly don't think we will ever hear or see this title ever again, because you know it's Capcom of all companies.

@Elodin The combat and many mechanics are the problem, plus the boss battles are not that good because almost every boss is similar unlike Dark Souls.

I honestly don't care about this game anymore and never will regardless of what Capcom does with it. They waited too long and on top of that Yoshinori Ono is producing it as well?! Hell no, I'd rather play Ride to hell than give this soon to be content-less late to the party AC ripoff another chance, especially when the producer is the same liar who told Darkstalker fans that a new DS game would begin development if DS on the ps3 got enough support!
Anything by Capcom should always be questioned, especially with Yoshinori Ono spearheading the development, last thing I want to deal with is another SFV early release.

Already ordered My copy of Vampyr and it will be delivered tuesday.
Nothing makes me happier than a fully complete game that doesn't cut content to sell back to the consumer or attempts to milk gamers for every cent they have. EA and Activision should take notes.

It's probably gonna be similar to Conan Exiles, but in the Fallout Universe.

@rjejr I think you should focus on Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link, that game looks promising and the best part is it's being developed by Platinum Games. I don't think there will be DLC or season passes for it so therefore it won't try to milk you dry and render you broke like FFXV and SE are trying to do in order to fund their game engine expenses.
Another game that will be a complete experience with no post expansions or dlc is Vampyr and that game releases next week on June 5th, I know I'm buying that as well.
There are plenty of other devs that are creating the games people want and how they want, by not trying to take us for every cent we have. Tbh I don't even buy 3rd triple A games anymore, they always try to screw the consumer over and their games aren't even good or fun either. Every time I hear a publisher refer to their upcoming release as a "triple A gaming experience" that's just huge red flag for corporate cash scheme in my mind.
Just got finished watching the trailer for KH3 and thought to myself "I wonder how SE is going to milk this one and turn it into a games as a service model", don't be surprised when SE give KH3 the FFXV treatment and always trying to release new content for it over the next five years without ever completing the product as a full game.

@Paranoimia I enjoyed the original, but tbh I myself preferred Legend of Dragoon over FFVII, and imo FFVII is not the greatest rpg on the ps1, Legend of Dragoon is, which Sony still refuse to make another one of btw.

You know what make the situation even worse was the only thing SE did as of late that actually caught my eye was when they announced the ability to create your own character in FFXV, which would have made it more fun then being forced to play as those trash boyband wannabes. At that point I considered picking it up just to play through it with my own custom character, that is until I learned that character creation was multiplayer focused only, that was the moment I wrote SE off completely and never looked back.

Square Enix is not as good a developer as they were back in the 90's and early 2000's. Every game they released after FFXII was just terrible to average.
Every time I speak my mind about the present SE I get the same old response of "FFXIII was pretty great" or some crap along those lines and I ask them one thing "if you take FFVI and visually switch it with FFXIII and vice versa I promise you that no one would be saying FFXIII is great or remotely good".
If FFVI got a remake and was completely faithful to the original story and characters, but looked like FFXIII no one would even remember FFXIII at all.
I don't know what happened to SE over the past couple of years but now every time they announce a new game I don't even care, where as back then I used to get hyped as hell whenever games like Secret of Mana, Parasite Eve, FF Tactics ect were announced.
SE is a garbage developer and publisher now.
The only thing they could possibly ever announce to even get a rise out of me is a new PE entry, and it'll be a cold day in hell before that happens.

When I look at that "it's already dead" meme I imagined Sony choking the life out of the xbox one while wearing gloves made out of Sony Exclusive, which wouldn't be to far from the truth lol:D

Well my ps4 pro started scratching the top of my game disc, literally scratching the disc image off of two of my games, and when I tried to get it fixed the disc drive still scratched the top of the disc image off. Now I'm unable to reinstall my games from the disc and refuse to buy them again, digitally or physically!
I tried contacting sony with no help from them whatsoever and since my warranty ran out I can't get it fixed without being charged an arm and a leg for it!
Sony refuses to acknowledge this issue with their console and there are NO solutions on their site that helps with this particular problem, and I'm not the only one experiencing this problem and can't even get in contact with a single person at that damn company!
Can't even buy a new one because I'm f!@#ing broke!
Thanks sony for not giving ps4 pro owners anyway of repairing their optical drive without paying an arm or a leg! I'm not buying another one even if I manage to somehow get enough money
because Sony build their systems to break only after the warranty runs out! After this I'm never buying another console from this company again!

@Kidfried Actually you may be onto something. It would be great if Aloy began her own tribe as she takes in tribeless children and once they are fully trained they could follow her around and assist her throughout the game.

If the same purchase works on both systems and there aren't two different versions of the same game then no one will have any issues. Sony really need to rethink the whole backwards compatibility of previous gen games, there are but so many times you can have someone buy the same game over again.
All the ps5 really need to do is just allow better graphical options, higher fps while maintaining the ps4 library of games and the already established player base.
If gamers go into the next generation while still maintaining access of all their ps4 content, both digital and physical, while not having to worry about whether they're going to buy any game on the new or old platform then there shouldn't be a real problem with the ps5.

Milla Jovovich is definitely getting a divorce after this sewage heap gets review bombed especially after everyone played MH World and know what it's really supposed to be about, and traveling to other worlds is nowhere near close to even being anywhere in the MH universe.

I guess that idiot husband of hers didn't even take the time to learn that MH takes place far, far into the future where a human ruled society isn't even remembered and the only historical civilization taught in the present day is the Wyverian civilization and how they created weapons, in many cases monstrous abominations, to slay the Elder Dragons, which ultimately destroyed their civilization and control over most of the world so now they live in balance with the monsters and elder dragons only hunting them when necessary.
If these morons would have at least done a little bit of investigating they could have worked with that and made a reasonable movie, but no, they just looked at a couple of images and threw some crap together.
Now we're just going to see Milla Jovovich in a movie fighting a Rathalos in a setting that has nothing to do with MH.
Sounds like some terrible movie idea that some amature director would throw up on the syfy channel for a quick cash grab, sad part is it will get attention and any attention for this crap is just a nightmare that will stain any future possibilities for A MH CG movie I've been hoping for, possibly similar to the MH4 opening.

I dream of a day when all games are well beyond 60 fps at a smooth framepace regardless of the platform they're on, sadly that's a pipe dream because all devs cares about is "resolution" (said while imitating Jim Sterling's voice).

I actually wanted to select three games but they only allow 1. GoW, Sword of Ditto and Yakuza 6 are equal choices for me tbh.
Kinda wish Sword of Ditto would release on the Switch though, I'd prefer that on handheld as I travel, GoW and Yakuza 6 I'm definitely getting though.

Apart of me is praying that they are remaking Legend of Dragoon, I want that game remade so badly.

I actually like the Order 1886, I played through it during a movie drought and when I really didn't feel like actually playing any games that require a lot of skill or attention. Yes I'm aware of the issues people had with it but I bought it as if I was buying a movie and I got my money's worth of entertainment out of it.

Wish Sony would remake Legend of Dragoon or just make a sequel.

I'm starting to hate when companies "tease" images of a game and then say absolutely nothing for months or years. If your not ready to reveal a game then don't mention it 10 years before release.
The only ones who can do that and pull it off without pissing people off is Fromsoft, and that's because they turn their teasers into clues to theorize about.
