Recently, Vampyr developer Dontnod Entertainment livestreamed a hefty chunk of the game, showcasing a whole 50 minutes of the upcoming action role-playing title. We've embedded an archive of the stream above, and the action kicks off around the 16 minute mark.
It looks interesting and atmospheric, if a little rough around the edges. In any case, the gameplay's well worth checking out if you're considering picking Vampyr up when it launches on the 5th June.

still can't wait.
i have full confidence that the story and historical setting will make up for the gameplay (although i think the gameplay is fine).
I love how much I forgot this game & to an extent Code Vein exists xD
I think the games gonna be very similar to Murdered Soul Suspect a game with plenty of fine ideas but just not that good.
Still interested mind.
This video is kind of convincing me to get it actually. Didn't expect it to have so many cool elements, and it looks way less rough than I imagined.
Looks dated but at the same time looks pretty fun!
Also, my partner is a fan of pretty much everything Great Britain and detective, so thisll probably be a hit.
@AFCC what you mean it look dated ? graphic look good. it run on Unreal Engine 4
@porhawj2016 I don't know the animations when they talk look kinda dated! It is pretty in some ways and dated in other ways
I'm definitely buying this game when it releases.
@Shepherd_Tallon Agreed, love the settings and vampire theme, plus him being a detective is a nice twist on the genre.
@Shepherd_Tallon Here's hoping...the last vampire games I've played were Castlevania: Lord of Shadows 1-2 on PS3.
