I don't understand how people figure Sony is giving me anything for free here. I pay for this each month. I can complain about it all I want.

Acting like people are expecting anything for free is misguided at best and completely dishonest at worst. None of this is free. We bought the game. I'm not giving them more money for the same thing I already own to get an upgrade to next gen and I won't buy it on next gen either.

It's a bad look for them.

Also it should be pointed out as much as possible that this is a middle finger to Google and Apple which is fine, great even but they're paying 30% fees there and only giving you 20%.

They seem to be saying they're passing the full savings on to you which is why I brought it up.

People who have 'principles" and get upset by censorship often don't have a clue what actually being censored is. I think the fact people who bought the Fairy Tail game were more upset by them censoring panty shots than the shoddy game itself says all we need to about people who are anti-"censorship".

I get different reviewers but the rating system is the same for everyone and yet people seem to use different standards. Maybe make a rubric or ditch it?

I don't understand how this is bad but Persona 5 is fine. They literally added about the same amount of content and charged you for a full game.

Mind I still bought P5 and P5R and already own DQ11 and DQ11S so this doesn't matter to me really.

It has nothing to do with whether it would work or not. It has to do with making you buy a new console. Also the whole down porting conversation is silly because most consoles have similar architecture nowadays. It's barely a port.

The Switch is only special because of what it has to use to be portable.

Just skimming the comments but freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences. It's a conversation that always comes up time and time again.
Death threats aren't even a freedom of speech issue so I'm not sure why it even came up other than that people seem to use the issue as a crutch for whatever hateful or harmful thing they have want to express nowadays.

I don't think this is all the good. People can whine about negativity but it's a 10 year anniversary and they're not even bothering to give decent games really.

For people who already bought the games that just means they don't have to provide you anything this month so win-win for them!

Outer World has loads of loading screens. It's not rendering anything all at once without loading.
