Don't care. What matters is the games, always the games. And there will be great games on both Sony and Nintendo consoles. Win win.

Shady stuff. May as well print a code on the disc label and call it a day. But the biggest issue is the lack of anything on the box that says "Full Download Required". At least then we'd know what we're getting. If companies want to just release digital then do it and stop this crap.

Yes, games have day 1 patches, updates, connections to servers, physical gamers are not naive. But a disc should have some version of the game on it, version 1.0. If not, then there should be a disclaimer on the box, "full download required" or similar. This is just a key card / code. Why are physical and digital gamers at odds over this? We both love video games, regardless of how they are delivered.

I've seen direct video game footage in other anime. It looked fine there because they always show it with the characters in screen, playing on a TV or an arcade cabinet. I wonder if the anime will have full screen SF or if it's just the trailer.

I know physical sales are declining. I still wonder if these reports take into account games that are digital only. There is no physical alternative. Couldn't that skew the numbers?

I won't have time to play this at launch so it will be a sale purchase down the road for me anyway.

Switch 2 for $450 is not an issue IMO. The $80 price of some games is a much bigger problem. IDK what I will do if it launches in the US for $600+ given the crap that's happening in the world. Betting I'll wait.

The prices would be easier to take if Nintendo games were discounted sooner. In many cases standard prices never goes down. It's kind of insane to pay full price for a 5 year old game. I usually get them on woot for $20 off.

I almost always wait for sales anyway. First party Nintendo games rarely are on sale, whereas PS5 prices drop over time. If digital games start releasing for $15-$20 less than physical, I may be switching over.

Should be included with the hardware, how lame. Unless this is like a 20+ hour game.

Didn't know this was a thing, my list never got that high. But having a limit on stuff you want to buy seems pretty dumb from a retail perspective. Why?

I'm fine with a Zelda movie over all. But why does it have to be Sony Pictures? And why isn't it CG? I would love for it be hand drawn animation or anime, but that may not be as marketable to western audiences.

Yup, have known about disc rot for a long time now. This is nothing new. We'll just have to wait and see what happens to our discs.

Give me a break. Even though they kinda have to say things like this I guess, I don't hear this from too many other companies talking about their games.

Never heard of it either, but I'm not the target audience. And since this isn't a Sony studio the game probably was never mentioned on PS until now either.

The PS2 will always hold a special place in my heart. It was the only time I ever stood in line to buy a game console, waiting overnight at my local Best Buy on launch day.

Not sure about it yet, too early for me. I would love a Fable 1-3 collection on PS5 though.

I wonder if they'd ever go back and remake Persona 1 or 2.

I'd be more excited if BB uses the look of the cartoon.
