Re: Tony Hawk's Latest Game Mistakenly Trashes Dead Activision IP

Ohh f***!!! Now easter eggs offends you??? Why do someone still care about those offended??? Try to understand that sarcasm, fun of myself, joking, black humor and so on is just for fun and not meant seriously. And if you take it seriously, than you got problem and should search for medical treatment. Howg.

Re: Reaction: Helldivers 2 on Xbox Signals Another Unexpected But Not Overly Surprising Shift in Strategy from Sony

Since I play games (hell it's almost 40 years) I was rather angry some games are only available elsewhere and I have to buy another machine. When I got that machine I've never said myself "Ohh I'm glad only this machine can play it." So I rather feel sadness for those who have different machine and cannot play this game only because of company that holds its property...

Re: Opinion: Diablo 4's Story Campaign Is Well Worth Playing on PS Plus

Hmmm... It is hard to say something objective, because I'm die hard fan of Diablo series. OK. ...If I put aside absolute zero replay ability D4 is average game. Story is sometimes rather annoying and artificially prolonged, characters are flat and a few times I just catched myself I don't want to help them. Even if I've finished it 2x I still didn't catch chaotic story. On the other hand side quests are fun and catchy. Unfortunately you have just one chance to enjoy them and exploration at all. Once you explore fixed map, there is no surprise anymore and there is no way how to reset progress (map). Don't care about skills or equip, because anything you pick or equip somehow works, so you don't need to think about it.

I can just say, enjoy lifetime chance to walkthrough D4. You'll never get another shot.

I've enjoyed mine and now there is only sadness I cannot relive it again (unless I would create another fake PSN account)

Warning! Don't connect to someone's else game unless you know he is also starting for a first time. Otherway your map sync and exploration is ruined.

Re: 'We Won't Make the Same Mistakes Again': Sony Reflects on PS5's Catastrophic Concord

@PuppetMaster Yes, I cannot say nothing against facts. Also fact is, lots of players were "stolen" from SP to MP by free to play concept. Lots of poor children got game for "free" so why they should buy game? And that changed mentality of customers so their wallets are rather sliced like gyros than asked for full price. Also development of MP is easier because you don't care about story. Main problem around MP is it's way more risky, because results are shown quick. MP players don't care if game is fixed sometime in future, they want it now and if not, game dies immediately. But if SP game is made properly, it may be milking cow too (look at TLoU, Witcher 3, Skyrim, Diablo 2, Final Fantasy...) it is only about passion. If you have passion you can make unique MP games like Helldivers 2 or Space Marine 2, but if you think only about money, you end up with Concord, Marathon or Failgames... ehm ...Fairgames.

BTW lots of popular MP have also strong SP content.

@PuppetMaster Difference is, SP games are expected to be one time wonder. So after completion you need to buy another. MPs are (delusionaly) expected to last for long time. So no completion and therefore no need to buy another game. Result - when SP bombs it rises elbows but at least you are safe relatively, when MP bombs, people want money back because your product is absolutely useless. Yes, when MP NOT-bomb it is miracle, but still requires maintenance, ergo more money. MP world has reached it's peak long time ago and it is only about dragging players from corner to corner. SP is about attracting as much as you can, but you are not limited by time. For example I bought KC:D 1 yesterday and I still can play it. Would I want to buy for example Friday 13th? Hardly...
