Just finished it today. Really enjoyed the story. The gameplay of dispatching i found to be a bit of guess work at times but didn't stop me enjoying it

Probably not this year but I plan to do a second run through at some point next year

@Balaam_ you avoid games because you don't like the trophy system? Even though you'd probably love the game??

@Northern_munkey I game share with a mate. We split the cost of games. So you can half the price of these games for me.
I'm digital only as I use my Portal more than the TV so I've got access to all my games when away from home.

Gonna pick up one or 2 games in this sale for sure

@gaston and if that's your preference, great. Thankfully the Portal provides the option for those who aren't worried about that. More ways to play is better than less ways.

@gaston some people (myself included) don't always have access to the big screen TV at home. My gaming time is probably 80% handheld, 20% on TV. If I want to play a game, cinematic or otherwise, my options are play on Portal or don't play at all. There's no chance I'd ever finish a game as long as DS2 without the Portal.

This is why the Portal is great. More ways to play means more play time. I'd rather play for 10 hours on Portal than 1 hour on the TV.

I'm coming near the end of Expedition 33. Played the last few hours in cinema mode on my PSVR2. What an experience to feel like you're playing a game of that scale in a cinema. Amazing. I think I'm just left with the final battle. Great game.
Will be jumping back into Tears of the Kingdom on Switch 2 when I've this completed.

Not my kinda game but this is great to see for people who enjoyed the first one.

No VR support, no purchase for me.

Enjoying the show just fine. Season 1 definitely superior. But it's still worth watching to me. Only played a bit of the first game and none of the second.

@Rich33 I hate the "we will patch it later" mentality and if something good comes out of this i hope it's that this goes away. Is it too much to expect a game is in good working order at launch? People who preorder have essentially become beta testers and the people who wait and get it cheaper get the best experience after all the fixes.

And then you have games like Expedition 33 which just works. Sure there'll be patches but it's all little tweaks, nothing huge. This should be the standard we get of games at launch.

Definitely a game I'm glad I can try at no extra cost thanks to PS+. Not sure if it'll be for me but definitely want to try it out since it's getting such high praise elsewhere.

Happy to see Blue Prince there. A game i definitely want to try out but it might not be for me. So glad not needing to spend extra money on it.

Beat hogwarts earlier this year. Loved it.

It's a great device. It's allowed me to finish more games than i would have normally. I don't even have kids.

Played them back when they came out. Great games.

This game in VR is something special. I'll be playing this game for a long time to come.

@DrVenture69 same, i only play in VR. Tried playing it on TV once and it was just a totally different game to me. Love it as a VR title

Got psvr2 recently and I'm loving it. Going to be playing mostly games on that, Beatsaber, GT7, Thumper, Tetris Connected.

When not in vr, I'll continue playing Soulstorm, about quarter the way through it. Good game

I really enjoyed it. Some very clever boss battles.

While I technically played it last year on xbox, Hi Fi Rush got my 2nd vote after Astro Bot. An amazing game that everyone should try

@Anke that's 100 full days of gaming. Each to their own but I feel like that's too much time gaming. Hope you're balancing it with other activities.

@Decimateh-xblz for a lot of games I wait for a sale. I'm about 3 years behind most release dates of games I play. Usually make some allowances, like this year I played Astro Bot and Tekken 8. But most other games I played this year released a few years back.

Mostly positive reviews, great to see. I have Gamepass but I hardly use it any more. Probably a stronger chance of me playing this on playstation in a years time or so.

Picked it up in recent sale. Loving it. GT7 is crazy good. Will be hard to go back to flat racing games after it.

As a newcomer to PSVR2, there's a few games there I will be picking up for sure.

Bought psvr2 yesterday in the sales. I will struggle to ever go back to a normal racing game again after playing GT7. My god. Can't wait to try more stuff out

I've owned xbox, 360, XBone and Series S. That will likely be the last xbox console I ever buy. There's no point anymore. Nintendo and PS have me covered. It's sad the way xbox has gone. I miss the 360 days.

The next Xbox (Nextbox?!) they release will be the first I don't buy. Don't see the point.

Will wait for reviews. Looks good, haven't bought a game in the series in a few years and none of the micro transactions stuff interests me so if it turns out as good as it looks then I might invest

McGregor is a clown and a scumbag. If he's making money off this then I'm staying well clear of it.

I'm definitely in the "my time is limited" camp. Last thing I wasnt is to play for an hour and make zero progress in whatever game I'm playing. It recently took me just under 2 months to beat God of War Ragnarok, and that was without doing any side missions. Just mainlined the game.

Voted no for almost everything

Loved the first one. It had it's issues but for the most part they were minor. MM was good but I think I played it too soon after the first game and it all felt like a shrunk down version of the mainline game.
Haven't got to S2 yet, gonna wait til maybe next year before having a look at that.

Just block them and move on. Why anyone interacts with these people I'll never understand.

Gets a 9 on PureXbox and a 6 here. Guess this is one game people are gonna have to do a bit of research on to see if it's for them.

One of my favourite games ever. If this comes out physical on Switch I'll be getting it for sure, (I own the PS5 Digital Edition so not an option there).
Was not expecting to love it as much as I did but it is easily in my top 5 games of all time. Sad we won't get a sequel from the original team. Hopefully we get some form of sequel in the future.

I've been an xbox guy since the original came out. This generation I'm lucky enough to have a PS5 and Switch also. But in future I'll be skipping Xbox. There's pretty much no need anymore for their console. There's only 2 games I'd miss on it's platform if I left it behind but it's not worth buying a new console for just 2 games.
Can definitely see Xbox going Software only in the next few years.

Currently have enough games to keep me going for a long time.

Will be interested to see how FC24 runs online on the PS Portal. Will try that out for sure.

Really enjoyed this game. Highly recommend.

Loving mine. Been using it for online tekken 8 multiplayer lately and moving up the ranks. Great device.
