What is arguably the most important poll of the calendar year is here. It's time for you to help decide Push Square's official Game of the Year.

An annual tradition, the votes that you cast here today will be tallied alongside our own staff voting system that's currently running behind the scenes. The top five titles of this poll will have their points added to our overall Game of the Year vote.

So again, you get to have a direct say in which PS5 title we crown Game of the Year.

What's more, the winner of this poll will receive its own Community Game of the Year award and subsequent article — so there's plenty of reason to take this seriously!

Below, you'll be able to vote for up to five games, from a list of 50 (which has been meticulously put together by our editorial team). You must vote for at least three games, as this ensures that the voting process remains balanced.

Your votes are weighted. This means that your first choice earns more points than your second choice. Your second choice earns more points than your third — and so on. Consider your choices carefully.

Voting closes at midnight (GMT) on Monday the 15th December. In other words, our poll is open over the whole weekend.
