Never played a Souls-like but given it's on Gamepass I'll try it there without having to drop cash on it. Looks cool.

@thefourfoldroot1 Someday I'll take the plunge on VR for PS5. But not until the price comes down and it has enough games that interest me.
As for the PS controller being "better", personally I prefer the offset thumbsticks of Xbox/Nintendo.Haptics on PS5 are great but so far only one game I've played uses it. Thats down to me though playing catch-up on old PS3 and PS4 games I missed out on back in the day.

@thefourfoldroot1 Added bonus is that I got my Series S for free. Then did the Gold to Gamepass Ultimate conversion trick and ended up with 3 years of Gamepass for around €120. So I've had a very cheap few years of gaming lately.

Xbox has become my 3rd party machine (mostly thanks to Gamepass) and I only picked up a Playstation 5 for the exclusives late last year. I pay for online with Xbox so this way I dont have to pay a monthly sub for Playstation too.

Seems to be getting decent reviews elsewhere. The perfect candidate for Gamepass, will tryit out over there. Seems like there's a good game in there. Just maybe not for everyone.

Just finished Hi Fi Rush last night. Amazing game, probably in my top 5 of all time.

So it's time to move onto something new. Next up is going to be TLOU 1. Never played before and gonna play it before I watch the TV show. Looking forward to jumping in.

Can see me picking one up in like 5 or 6 years when the price is a bit less mental.

@Nexozi For the first time in what feels like ages I'm actually finishing games lately. When I bought the PS5 it was actually kinda nice turning on the console and there only being 4 or 5 games on the dashboard. And I've finished 3 of those now.

@Nexozi I only got my PS5 3 months ago and have been working my way through a lot of PS3/PS4 games I missed out on. I haven't bought Ghost yet but it's on the list. Gotta finish a few other games first.

I have the Luigi one and it's great fun. Doesn't get used too much but it's so quick to setup i occasionally take it out for an evening to mess around.

@tedinthepaint people do say that. It's technically not correct but it is used for sure.

Maybe Fashion Police. That's about it.

If it has a similar feature like Societies in PGA 2K then that'll be a major win.

Gonna have to hold off on watching until I actually play these games. They're next on my list after Horizon Zero Dawn.

I love the Switch but 2022 was a lean year for it. Really looking forward to new Zelda this year though.

Just finished spiderman so starting up Horizon Zero Dawn. Played the opening half hour, it looks amazing so far.

@iGotNintendoAtLaunch I think since PS5's are still tough to find in a lot of places it's only natural they extend the life of the PS4. Would you have the same opinion if you weren't lucky enough to pick up a pS5?

Only started playing the first one last week. Loving it so far.

As someone who doesn't buy that many new release games I usually am just an observor of these polls. Also I only have my PS5 for one month. Can't wait to play Ragnorok in 3 years time

@KidBoruto Ooof. That's a lot of games. I only just picked up my PS5 last month, first time owning a Playstation console in over 20 years. So I'll be happy enough picking up older cheap games I missed out on. Only full price game I'll likely get next year will be Zelda.

Given I've had my console for one month and only played one game, this went exactly like I thought it would. One gold trophy in the bank though already.

I'll stick to Marvel Snap for now for my card game fix. Will wait for a sale on this one.

People have little to be complaining about if this is what outrages them. As long as the game is good who gives a crap?

Starts just after midnight where I am but might try and watch a bit on my phone in bed with the headphones in.

Will be waiting up late again this year for it (Irish time). Usually have it on tablet while playing something on TV.
This will be the first time ever I'll be watching as the proud owner of all 3 current consoles so every announcement will be relevant to me. Excited!

Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted Collection and Spiderman all going cheap. Great time to be a newcomer to the platform.

Looking forward to playing this at some point but will wait for a few more patches before pulling the trigger.

@jrt87 Ya, personally I dont really see much value in PS+ at all. I'm new to the PS platform but I think I'll just be buying games on a game-by-game basis.

I only got a PS5 last week, first playstation console since the PS1. First game I'm playing right now is GoW 2018. Loving it so far. Will get to this game after I've played a few more PS4 classics I've missed.

I will get it but waiting on a Switch review to see how it holds up on that system. Might opt to get it there if it's good.

If this reviews well on Switch I might get it there, otherwise I'll be getting it on PS. Glad to see it's reviewing fairly well.

Only just got a PS5 so working my way through GoW 2018. First Playstation I've owned since the PS1. Very exciting.

Seeing a big variation of review scores on this one so far. Even this websites sister website Pure Xbox gave it a 4 out of 10. Think I'll skip it. Can see it being very cheap very soon.

@Greifchen why is it ridiculous? You would prefer people don't get to play these games? How does that benefit you or anyone? More games on all platforms is a good thing for the customer. More ways to play.

@Vivisapprentice people seem so caught up in console war crap that they forget this is a good thing for the consumer. More people getting to play the game is a good thing for us, the customer. Why would a person be mad that more people are getting to play a game? I don't get it.

Pure Xbox gave it a 5, bit harsher than here.
