Re: Live: Watch Upload VR Showcase 2020: Summer Edition Right Here

Star Wars Squadrons VR should be the biggest VR news of the year & yet zero mention.

Not much for PSVR except for Solaris & finally a Pistol Whip release date.

It'll be interesting to see how PSVR deals with 360° turning in Pistol Whip.

Those of us who also own Quest are definitely in for some good stuff. Finally In Death comes to Quest. Trover as well. Phantom: Covert Ops in nine days. Hell yeah.

I say again... VR is definitely not dying, VR is thriving.

Holy crap. It is done.

I must utter the words that have never been spoken by me.. thank you EA. Thank you MUCH.

Cross platform play between PCVR & PSVR as well?! And they say VR be dying while VR be thriving.

On a related VR note.. what can you tell us here about Sniper Elite VR? Patiently awaiting that one.

@TheBuzz

That PSVR "crap" is one of the best selling headsets. Exclusively plays one of the greatest VR games ever made.

Virtual reality is only moving forward. There will indeed be a PSVR II.

Sony, and moreso Oculus, is dedicated to bringing us fantastic VR games, experiences & educational VR content.

Those who choose to relegate themselves to pancake gaming are missing out.

Big time.

Re: PS5 Is the Better Next-Gen Console, According to Crytek Developer

This is how this started?! Ludicrous.

"Again, these opinions are coming from archived quotes translated by a random Twitter user reading an interview which no longer exists, so we can't confirm their validity. It's not entirely clear why things got so messy, so we've reached out to Crytek for clarification. We'll update this story if we hear back."

@kohiba99

This is what he said about Xbox...

'As for the Xbox Series X, according to Salehi, while it is possible to reach peak performance, it can only be done under the most ideal circumstances.

‘… If all parts can work efficiently in Xbox Series X alongside its GPU, it can hit that number in practice, which doesn’t seem so possible. Beside all these, there’s a software part too.’

He even added that developing games for the Xbox Series X might be somewhat difficult because of its software and the fact that it uses two different kinds of RAM that differ in bandwidth.

Since developers are likely to want to use the higher bandwidth, Salehi believes that could cause issues.'
