Re: MediEvil on PS4 Is Looking Good in This New Dev Diary Video

I didn’t recall that there were so many different enemies in the game. 56? That’s amazing by today’s standards and it’s cool that they’re earnestly working to recreate so many of them. I’m really excited for this one, both in terms of feeding nostalgia and seeing what new ideas and innovations they bring to the table.

As was said above, nobody seemed to complain when Peter Parker didn’t look like Tom Holland in the recent Spider Man game. I personally like the fact that the developers took some inspiration from the Ultimates comics. This title’s a long way off from release. I think there’s a lot to see before any kind of firm judgements can be made one way or another. That said, I’m sure there will be a number of Marvel fans that will be disappointed because one or more unspoken wishes weren’t met by the final product.

@PC-Gamer1234 “What are you people doing with your life.”

We’re enjoying some quality gaming on our PS4 consoles. And we’re being appreciative to the staff here at Push Square for steering us away from crappy games.

Yep...another DayZ stalwart who joined the site a little over an hour ago to scream about how unfair this place is to his favorite game. I’d almost forgotten how amusing they are.

Re: E3 2019: Marvel's Avengers Has a Bespoke Single Player Campaign

I’m glad to learn that the great majority of the game is playable in single player mode. I think that’s good news for a lot of people, self included. Problem is, I’m just not very excited for this so far, despite really enjoying a lot of the MCU movies. Maybe that’ll change as more is revealed. In my mind, Spider Man really set the bar high for super hero games. It’ll be a challenge to match that level of quality.

Re: E3 2019: Cyberpunk 2077 Is a Game for People Who Enjoy Big Open Worlds

I’m really encouraged by the fact that it’s CD Projekt RED that’s crafting this. One thing that consistently amazed me about The Witcher 3 was how narratively unique each quest was, including the side quests. Each situation you became involved in had a unique story. It really made the world, as a whole, feel alive. If Cyberpunk is of the same quality, there’s definitely reason to be excited. It, and DOOM Eternal, are the two games from E3 I feel I can pre-order with confidence.

Re: DayZ - Far Too Little Far Too Late for the PS4's Worst Performing Game

Okay...maybe instead of a forum group, we need to start a support group for the DayZ advocates. They could have meetings where they affirm “It’s okay to like a bad game sometimes” and together, they could talk through the hurt caused by a harsh review, so they can help one another get on the path toward healing. It could be very, very helpful, especially for some of the newcomers.

Maybe we could start a forum topic for all the folks that just suddenly appeared called “DayZ Defenders”. Then they would have their own space to discuss what an incredible achievement in gaming the standalone DayZ is, how PS4 processors blow out of consoles if you look at them wrong, and various tips and tricks for disrupting peaceful online communities.
