Days of Play sale - All current offers
Let's break down all the deals currently going in Days of Play. We'll be updating this guide regularly, so check back throughout the sale to stay up to date.
PS4 Games
Firstly, we should point out the huge number of PS4 titles going cheap on the PlayStation Store. Throughout the entirety of Days of Play, hundreds of digital games will be discounted. There are far too many to list here, but you can check out what's included over on the North American and European PlayStation Blogs.

Similarly, a year's PlayStation Now subscription will be getting its price cut as well. For £59.99 / €69.99 / $69.99, you'll be able to nab 12 months of game streaming goodness. Go to the North American and European PlayStation Stores through the respective links.
PS4 Hardware

PlayStation VR
Sony's virtual reality headset is going cheap, so if you're still on the fence, this is an opportune time to jump in. Here are the current deals. Note that some of these offers may only be available in certain countries.
PlayStation Classic
The miniature PSone console is reduced to its lowest price yet.

Headphones / Headsets
Want to plug in with some improved audio, or chat as you play some online games? A couple of official PlayStation headsets are included in Days of Play.

That days of play ps4 slim looks nice not gonna lie.
All I want are ps1 games on ps3 discounts.
Is the PS4 even discounted? I remember seeing the 500gig slim for £150 last year.
Zavvi is already dropping some prices (Super Meat Boy @ £7.99).
I've been working on this side project for a while, it's a website that compares video game prices from various website (physical only). It's called bestvideogame.deals.
Holy crud, some of those prices.
The complete edition of Horizon is $9.99! I literally have no excuse to continue ignoring that game now.
@JoeBlogs I'm surprised they don't adopt the American layout, where the normal and PS+ sale prices are listed next to the name of the game.
Great resource you've made here!
Minor gripe, some currencies are listed in GBP and Euros, while others are between Euros and USD.
In the Netherlands we also get Tetris Effect and Far Cry New Dawn for €19,98 during the Days of Play.
Do the prices go live at midnight?
@glassmusic We're just working with what we've got at the moment. Expect this guide to be updated regularly
Skimming the offerings, I’ll probably just pick up NBA 2K19 for $2.99. I’ll check the rest against my wishlist when the sale goes live, but I have too many games in my backlog to spend anything over $10.
The NA blog says NBA2k19 is $2.99 lol that can’t be right!
Bought $100 psn voucher for buying days gone, after the reviews I decided to wait until the bugs are fixed, now I'm ready for days gone and others days of play sales
Edit: And bought
@BridgeToClarity yeah 2k is much more popular though; the least I’ve seen is $16 physically.
Definitely need a new pad, so I'll probably take advantage of the sale.
Well we can't see the prices on the EU post but I really am considering getting a year os PS NOW...
Gutted about the dualshocks. I just bought a new one a couple of weeks ago!
Why do we have to have different games on sale in different areas? I have seen quite a few in USA sale I would buy but not really that impressed with the UK selection.
Time to go shopping!!
Ace Combat
Devil May Cry 5
Sekiro
the only thing interesting in this sale is ps+ at £34.99, not a lot of psvr games discounted.
@smythelove I'm sure they forgot a 2 at the beginning. And if not I'm buying!
Witcher 3 complete edition for 15 $ !!!
YES PLEASE
@thefirst those aren't the sale prices. It's not up yet i turned on my PS4 before work this morning and sales haven't been updated yet!
@Dange This "sales" are not that "salish".. Last Black Friday I bought my pro (latest version) for 150€ (also had to give my slim..which was bought 3 years ago for 270 with 2 Duallshock and any game I wanted).
So no, not a really nice deal here..
I think I'll be taking advantage of the PS Plus discount. I'm good until November but if I can extend that for another year for a cheaper price then why not?
@thefirst Yeah UK prices and selection very poor compared to the American sale. In the UK Argos has some good deals the Hits games are £10 picked up Last of Us will give it a third shot at finishing the game
Probably unrelated to this sale but I've just picked up Dirt Rally 2 for 28 at Simplygames and am very chuffed about it!
@lacerz NBA 2K19 for $2.99 you say. Lucky you. In EU it's sale price is £15.99.
As usual the US get the better prices. Shame on Sony.
@thefirst Shocking isn't it, nearly as bad as the May Spring sale thing which was abysmal as well.
We've obviously been seriously spoiled in the past because this is poor in comparison to previous sales, i just thought they hadn't updated the prices when i first looked. Plus the US has games for sale i really want where as i will wait a bit longer for Ace combat RE2!
Updated!
The sale is a joke for anybody living in the UK, US deals are vastly superior. Shame on Sony.
If like me you are looking to get into VR and live in the UK, then I think the best deal is from Game.co.uk. For £209.99 you are getting the Mega Bundle+Blood & Truth+RE7+Super Stardust VR and a 12 month Now Tv sub!!
That PS Now deal looks insane for 12 months. I’m tempted by it
These deals don't look that great. Both Spider-Man and God of War are showing up as £22 right now on Argos compared to £25 on the PS Store. And those prices aren't cheap when compared to the $20 US price.
Could this be the worst PSN sale ever?
It is proper rubbish IMHO
I was really hoping EDF Iron Rain would be on sale.
Seikero and DMC 5 both on sale! Neither very deep sale though.... hrrrm....how cheap am I?
Mortal Kombat XL £48 huh the previous game is more expensive than 11 some games are showing up with no discount at all. The sale is crap because every single game listed is the same price again on previous sales exactly the same Doom £8 same as 2 weeks ago. Horizon ZD £14 same as 1 month ago they should have maybe cut prices even more we know they can I'd love for HZD base game to be £10 I would have snapped it up instantly
@crimsontadpoles Yeah I agree, the UK prices are not that great. May top up ps+ but that will probably be it. Amazon UK are out of stock of Spider-Man so if anyone want to get it Argos is the place to go.
@Mega-Gazz Those games are only a couple of months old, they were never gonna be discounted heavily. I can highly reccomend Sekiro, it took me over 100 hours to complete so I feel that is good value there.
The only games I am looking at are NBA 2k19, and maybe Detroit: Become Human. The only problem is that the region that their prices are good is America. I am from the UK, so I might look at getting a US account and a US $20 gift card
I bought Doom for £8 I missed out on it before the sale of Japan so I'll be playing that tonight
Is the $40 price tag on MLB 19 too much to ignore? Been wanting it for a while.
I bought the alpine green dual shock, & hopefully will be picking up a VR bundle next week. Some awesome hardware deals going on!
Anthem’s on sale!!!
@Shatter - i saw it £5 cheaper in the shops than the ps store's sale price.
I finally bought Nioh Complete this time. I also picked up barebones Spider-Man. For PSVR, I bought Tetris Effect, Doom VFR, Batman VR, and Super Red Hot VR.
For XB1X, Witcher 3, just to see whether the hype about it looking better than PS4 is real. Also got Thronebreaker.
I had the bundle spiderman in my cart, kept shopping and saw the DLC was free. So I decided to it would be foolish to get the bundle and so I just got the basic but when I went to download the dlc it wasnt free anymore. I feel I was played. I won't be getting the dlc out of spite now.
@Frigate I know right! Well, unless you call three quid a discount. That game won't exist on the store in two months, you'd think they might actually do it for less than a tenner at some point!
US Amazon -
Astro Bot for $19.99 is USED. Don't think that should count.
HZD links to a page w/ no game links to purchase.
Why not link to the good sales on PSN?
Superhot for $9.99, normally $24.99
83 games under $15. U4, U:LL, U:NDC all $9.99 each.
https://store.playstation.com/en-us/grid/STORE-MSF77008-DAYSOFPLAYLP/3?emcid=se-pi-194278
I grabbed Resident Evil 2 Remake, 5, and 7 for super cheap!
@Frigate
Rent it from Red Box for a day.
I payed $7 to rent it for three days.
I played it for two, and returned it.
Thanks for reposting, the Astrobot link worked now. Signing up for Prime for $1 for a week and ordering a bunch of games. I know Amazon says they won't ship day 1 if your Prime expires but I sign up for a month about twice a year - E3 and holiday - and everything I've ever ordered has always come on release day with the discount. For $1 it's worth a shot. 😁
That 2.99 for nba2k19 on the USA store is for real, just ordered it,I cant believe it !!!
HZD Complete is actually £21.99 when I click on the link. Unfortunately it also says "usually delivered within 1 to 4 weeks". Ugh.
Edit: Bought it digital. Wow, what a beautiful game. I've wanted to play it for ages but it's totally exceeded my expectations.
@Powerpellet You can always try sending Sony a message and ask for a refund. I did some time ago over that tell tale game of thrones game and got a full refund. Didn't take me more than a minute to write about the issue. They replied in a week, I think, but still.
Bit confused... Are new games etc being added to this sale every day or something?
