Re: Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Probably Isn't a PS4 Exclusive

Mahe

It might as well be. What else is it going to be on? Xbox? Switch? Please. PlayStation is the home for Crash Bandicoot, and PS4 has the massive install base advantage, so Crash will do the vast majority of its sales on PS4 even if it appears on other systems.

But here's another thought: what if it isn't exclusive to PS4... because of a certain rumored Sony handheld?

Re: Horror Here They Lie Will Be Playable Without PlayStation VR Tomorrow

@get2sammyb It is!

Like, there was that PSVR Tennis title a while ago. Going by memory, I have no idea if it was a "PSVR only" title or "PSVR optional" title. And that was a title I was interested in!

Sure, I could try googling all these games where the situation is unclear, but it gets into a huge hassle real quick, and there's conflicting info out there.

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Nioh Takes a Stab at Second Place

@ShogunRok Of course it will sell well at launch. But that's irrelevant in the grander scale. The real question is how it will do after launch demand has been met and early adopters have wasted their money on the latest Nintendo brainfart.

It's not like PS4 is nearing 4.5 million on the back of the launch almost 3 years ago. Its consistent sales week after week have brought the PS4 here and will take it further. Wii U never got that far even in Japan, and it never will. What if Switch follows Wii U?

Been seeing some good rep for this one. I have plenty to play right now, but might get it on sale.

"In an inventive twist, your healing powers, if cast on your undead foe, will be most effective at dwindling their HP."

Uhh... very inventive. Ever played a Final Fantasy game? Like, back in the 90s?

Re: PS4 Was January's Best Selling Console in the United States

@Barnacle PS4 was released in Japan in February 2014, so its third birthday in Japan is just coming up. Also, PS4 started slow there but has been gaining momentum, and Japan hasn't been a huge home console country for a long time now. But it's still something like 8 % of the worldwide PS4 total, so that's not bad at all.
