@seinfeldfanatic I see the dino crisis on sale the other day and nearly got it. As someone that like the style of the genre but doesn't like horror games with freaky monsters etc this would be perfect for me. Held off the as it obviously has aged quite alot.

I'm glad they didn't. The reason Shadow was so impactful was because it was a lonesome experience IMO. Vast areas of just you and the Colossus. It was quite a sombre experience to me that really brought out some feelings after slaying a colossus or even as I made my way to them. I think a multiplayer would have changed that tone. Imo one of the best games ever made. Crazy video for the times tho.

@aj21009 I think BP was a bore fest tbh. I didn't like the open world with the nature of what makes burnout burnout. 1-3 were the best with 3 being the pinnacle imo. I loved the crash mode too. That just couldn't be replicated in BP imo.

I think I will be skipping Halo. Fully expect it to be full price with digital only or the standard 1gb on the disk. Glad for those looking forward to to but I've been there done that with this game.

@Ichiban that he will.... until he finds out only 1gb is on the disk or its a GKC on the switch 🤣
Joking aside tho its good they are catering to AM's tastes.

After being persuaded by a few of the guys on here I picked up Kingdom come 2 yesterday. I didn't know what to expect apart from it takes a while to get going. After putting in a few hours last night I can already tell this is going to be a bloody good game and dare I even say one of the best. May get some time on Elden ring and also JP evolution 3. That's if KCD2 let's me.

@Ravix ahhh I get it. Yeah I found out about the wedding, got in a fight then basically dropped in to it and told off you go opening the game up to me. I can see how the wedding could sit in the quest log for quite some time.

@Oram77 I've just found out about the wedding. Is it a long quest then? I'm just in the stocks now arguing with Hans 🤣

@Daan6661 @Ravix @captainsandman @Oram77 I picked up KCD2 today and I've only just got to the bit where you leave the old woman's house and its already feels like its going to be one of the best games I've ever played. Its ridiculously good so far and I've not even started yet lol.

No thanks. It didn't exactly look good when it released. Certainly not interested in playing it 10 years down the road. Good that Switch 2 owners also get it tho but it would appear reading on NL most would have liked New Vegas or 3.

He wouldn't be saying that I MS sold exclusives of PS quantity on their own console. The consolidation not going as they thought was the only reason their hand was forced to go multi platform.

@captainsandman @Oram77 cheers guys. I think I will see if I can grab it soon. I always liked the look of the first one but I just couldn't go for the PS4 version. It didn't look great and apparently didn't run that great either. 2 obviously looks way more polished.

I might be able to handle watching someone play it on YT but I definitely won't be playing it. Looks far too creepy for this big girls blouse.

@Oram77 been looking in to getting this over the past couple of months. Is it something I can jump in to without any prior knowledge or gameplay of the first. I don't really fancy going back and playing a PS4 era game.

I thought about the pro too when I first read the header earlier today. I nearly got one the other week with a drive but I held out. This PS6 news has arrived a bit too early and I don't want to buy a pro and then find they are releasing a 6 in less than 2 years time for less.

I can grab one of these from a buddy for £70 quid. Nearly had it last month but I had car issues.

Does the game have gyro support? I don't know if the first did or not as I played it briefly. Enjoyed it tho.

Done the 10 lap weekly race on GT7 the other night just to lose connection after I crossed the finish line and didn't receive the 500,000 ticket or the race winning. I was pi*'ed to say the least lol. Of course I did it again tho. All my ring doorbells and cameras were having issues tho until the following morning.

MS make it so easy for me to avoid their products. What also gets me that PS always report the news way before PXB does. Do they have a smaller team or something as news on that site is drip fed slower than games on PS premium lol.

Not a huge Tekken or 3d beat em up fan at all really although I did get the plat for T8 but if this becomes available to purchase i think I will buy it to see what the fuss is about. I didn't mind T8 but I just found the amount of moves etc a bit overwhelming.

@JohntheRaptor I've been on it the past 2 hours and whilst I do own the previous 2 and to a degree they all feel familiar I'm enjoying it alot. I mean, there's only so much they can really add to make it feel different I suppose. The newest thing ive come across in my 2 hours play is natural breeding but for that to occur you need to modify eggs and release a male in to the enclosure. Its a charming game for sure but does indeed resemble the blueprints of the previous entries.

Nope. I decided to go for Jurassinc Park evolution 3 and I'm rather quite enjoying it 🦕🤗. Have fun whatever your playing.

I love these sort of games despite being terrible at them and as a male, I love dinosaurs (don't we all) so I may have to grab this. I liked the first one (especially the DLC of the first movie) but found the 2nd lacking in the campaign mode so it's good to see this has a robust story. Good price too.

@DonkeyFantasy one of my biggest gripes with the PS5. I remember modding Skyrim on the xbox and it was great. Hair mods, face and body mods etc and got it looking really really nice. The PS version always looked really sh't. I don't believe any restrictions were ever lifted to make it equal to the xbox mod wise.

This wiill be one that i let pass me by like a fart on the wind. Good for the ones looking forward to it but I've heard too much bad press to drop my 💰💰 on it.

Nice to see it implemented but over the last 30 days? c'mon. That will more or less tell you if a game has gone off sale recently. I will stick to dekudeals that tells me on the thumbnail if a games at its all time lowest or matches it's previously lowest price and I can manually check it's lifetime pricing. It a step in the right direction but a baby step if you ask me. They still don't want you to know too much.

Nothing for me this week. NG4 looks OK but I won't pay full whack for it. Not even broke and got the remake of 3 yet despite multiple discounts on the store. I think I've hit my annual "can't be arsed to game" that seems to roll round every year. Didn't even play Yotei at the weekend or pull the wheel out for some racing.

Base ps5 and no issues so far. Very smooth experience even without the pros bells and whistles.

And thats a game i would much rather see spruce up on PS5. I understand that it's a harder task with the licences etc but GE (N64 version) is a GOAT contender for me. Offline and multiplayer.

This is so cool. I love the craziness of the Japanese. Here in the UK we get nothing like this. Just totally uninspired junk. This is the kind of advert that would make me go and buy a McDonald's, especially if there was some Ltd ed wrapping, box art etc. Fun advert.

This game is sublime! I liked Tsushima alot but once I got the end I was glad as it started to become repetitive and out stay it's welcome. I did get Tsushima a 2nd time when i got my PS5 but after a few hours id had enough.I'm finding Yotei to hold my attention far more than Tsushima did. Its world is far more seamless and engaging in design and it reminds me alot of RDR2 where you can be heading for an objective only got be taken off the path 3 or 4 times due to discoveries as I head to my destination. The missions are engaging and the bounties and combat are fun. The only thing that I'm conflicted about are that I'd like to play on hard but some of those boss/bounty/1 on 1 battles are damn bloody hard. Tekezo the unrivalled, I'm looking at you!! Playing on base PS5 and the game still looks stunning. As someone with a short attention span, Yotei is my GOTY by a long shot..

@Jammer wonder if they are now waiting to do it as a launch PS6 game just like they did with DS on the PS5. That remake alone would sell consoles.

I loved reading throught the old SNES and N64 manuals. I remember reading through Ocarina of time about 50 times. Loved reading the characters profiles.

@Northern_munkey DS, although I haven't completed it is an amazing looking game considering when it launched. I've never completed a souls game but DS is the furthest I've got through one. I also loved Shadow of the colossus. What a game! BP are masters of their craft imo.

@Slideaway1983 yeah I'm more of a Tetris fan too. I may try the demo of this but I'm not holding my breath to come away with a different opinion of the series.

One series i could never get in to. Had it on PSP a couple of times and it did nothing for me.

@CaptainWow this is why I've decided not to get it, especially at launch. I always remember being reasonably competitive back in my younger days but now I'm 40...something? I actually don't exactly know. 42 or 43 my reaction times just aren't what they were. I just get increasingly more annoyed when I spawn, die, spawn again, die again. It happened in the beta and my wife said "i don't know why your playing that game because you just swear all the time" made me think to myself If was actually enjoying it or just playing it.

@Oram77 I can't see that being an issue as long as there is some sort of save file on the system. I also think a minimum play time should have to be logged, even if it's a minimum of an hour or 2. Should help cut down the bombing of games.

This is my take on it too. Try and take player engagement away from BF6. I'm guessing the first week is when the majority of folk will impulse buy a game if they are going to.
Take that itch away and try to bring them in to the COD eco system. Its actually quite clever. Desperate, but clever.
