Struggled with this game due to the depth and complexity. I never truly knew what i was doing and why i was doing it with regards to battles. I would just pick an attack and hope it paid off. Im going to have to give it another go tho.

I remember reading this last week and came to give my condolences.

Lets hope the weapons have some weight to them because this and skyrim were absolutely abysmal.

As someone that dabbles in RPGs but doesnt claim to be good, i found this game so difficult to get in to and play. Maybe now the final patch is out i will give it a whirl again.

@AdamNovice this might be a good way to try and transition people to buy digital. I try and go physical whenever possible but i would contemplate more digital if this bad boy was in the mix.

Wish they would just make a single player RPG that looks this good. Graphically looks really nice but the gatcha just puts me off. Not sure id feel comfortable playing this infront of my wife tho. I mean, i dont mind a bit of "jiggle" to my characters but i like them to atleast look of age 😬

No. It looks terrible imo.

PGA is a really good game. Im not a fan of any sports games and this game hooked me to the platinum and beyond. 160 something hours on it now. I even got my wife playing it but i had to put a stop to that when she started beating me. Fantastic game just to relax to.

Ive had this game since it was relaunched for switch. I might just play it instead of waiting.

Commandos could be good. I miss a good old RTS. Not that im very good at them anyway.

Shorts would be a great idea like how Nintendo did the Pikmin ones. They were awsome.

I know its not the be all and end all but it would have been nice if a platinum was included. Im not a trophy hunter but if a plat is obtainable without heavy grinding, multiple play throughs or rediculous difficulty i like to have a go at it. I will still grab this game tho, just not right now.

Always remember this game being quite good.

Id like another Wipeout but going back to basics to the actual racing instead of throwing time trials, eliminator and zone laps in to the single player.

Looks pretty good. The jiggle physics are running at max i see.

Man, im glad im not someone that can tell the difference between frame rates. What would i have been like in the early 90s if i was.

I sold this to a mate after getting the plat for it. Might be time to see if i can borrow it again to go through all these DLC levels and get the rest of the bots.

Deus Ex is a bargain at that price. I know its always on offer but its still a great game.

I wont buy another VR2 but this is one game that makes me wish id held out a few more months from selling mine to a buddy. I may have to borrow it back again off him 😂

@Northern_munkey hey mate, hope your good? As far as im aware GT7 is the only one of those 3 games that is compatible with the VR2. Dirt rally was VR1 and EA WRC isnt VR at all, atleast on consoles. Ive had 2 VR2 headsets now and dont regret selling either. GT7 is great tho in VR, especially with a racing setup.

Hopefully they can go back to Bad company 2, BF3 and 4 days and get this one right.

I wouldnt call myself a veteran MH player but ive played enough to know i know what im doing. I like Wilds when im battling monsters but that about it. The story is crap to the point where im just skipping cut scenes to get to the next battle. I have fainted a couple of times but thats down to my own stupidity as opposed to the difficulty. Maybe im just not far enough through yet (about to fight the octopus thing) but ive never felt i need to really prepare with anything other than mega potions and a couple of antidotes. I dont like the bases in comparison to Rise or World either. They felt like a mini village and were nice and vibrant,especially Rise. I dunno somethings just missing for me in this game. I went with a 7. It would be interesting to know the percentage of people giving it the high marks that are coming in to Wilds as their first MH game as imo it pales in comparison to Rise.

@Cutmastavictory i will defenately be upgrading my equipment for those fights then. In all honesty tho i thought there was a huge difficulty gap from the previouse monster (pink ape thing)

Ive only started playing it a couple of evenings ago but so far the only real threat for me was the Alpha bear thing you fight that comes from the forest in to the dunes area. It was a walk in the park up until then. He was the only time i struggled but id purposefully not upgraded any armour or weapons. The story is very hand holdy tho so far.

@Czar_Khastik im trying to save some money by going for a used one.

Like the art style but im not keen on the drab aesthetic and colour palette. I liked the pop of colours in TMNT and enjoyed its faster pace more than SOR4 which felt like walking through quick sand unless using Cherry, who could dash. Still enjoyed it tho.

@get2sammyb Turtles is great. Not as good as Shredders revenge but i still got the plat for it. Turtles in time is the standout classic imo.

Going in blind for this one. Not seen anything apart from the origional trailer.

This will be a day 1 for me. They did a grand job or the 1 and 2 remaster and i will support that.

Next up...... on a dance mat 😂. Awsome song, incredible performance.

@J2theEzzo thanks for the response. It was a pain in the arse in world. The talk of this new entry being easier and your confirmation about the multiplayer being locked out like in World has made me not want to get this at all. The way rise did it was perfect and worked like a charm.

What i want to know is can you get in to an online party as easy as you can in Rise or do you have to go through all the ballache of World of having to set up oarties, make sure youve all seen the same cut scenes etc. That was a deal breaker for me. Rise was so easy to just find a party. As the the online aspect was completely stand alone from the single player story.

Out of any of the 2 point series this one aesthetically has the best setting for me.

Shame. This is a decent series. I enjoyed 2 and 3. Not so much the first tho.
