Don't know about Street but X was a pretty indept drifting game. Definitely not one of these shovelware games that gets a cool thumbnail but is as shallow as a puddle.

@awp69 I'm not saying your wrong and to be fair playing the campaign in co op would be a 9 for me, after all I will also be buying Gears once it hits a price I believed it to be worth in 2025. £30 will be the sweet spot for me. Enjoy.

@awp69 well if you can't see that MGS delta, despite its issues has had a complete graphical overhaul and looks way better than Gears then I really don't know what to say to you. Don't get me wrong, the original Gears is one of my favorite games but it's still looks dated for today's standard.

@awp69 The origional came out 2006 when the graphics were cutting edge and the gameplay was fresh. In this day and age even the remaster has aged and the game does nothing genre defining. It did then but doesn't now. A 7 sounds like a fair score to me. There's no conspiracy here. After all Horizon 5 got a 9.

As much as I do love Gears of war I won't be dropping 40 big ones on this. I personally would have bit at £25 so I will wait for a sale.Glad to see it reviewing respectfully tho. For those Gears virgins, your in for a treat.

Never being a fan of Sega back in the 80s and 90s I missed out playing the shinobi games. Over the last few days tho I've been playing Shinobi 3 on my Miyoo mini + and I've got to say, it's awesome. Haven't managed to beat it yet tho. Got to stage 6 where you have to climb the falling boulders and the cheap deaths infuriated me. Loved the demo of the new Shinobi too.

@Northern_munkey it can't be him. He replied after saying it sounds like a fun challenge and not saying he won't ever get the game 🤣

@FuzzieGinge88 yup, contact Sony. I got a refund for Oblivion last week and have owned it from launch. Buggy mess, promised patches not delivering etc. I didn't think they would do it but they did. I also mentioned DF and I did drop in the old getting headaches and feeling nauseous etc due to the frame rate swings, which wasn't true but I wanted to bolster my case.

I will be playing some more GT7 and Assetto corsa competitions with my T598 wheel. Really getting in to the latter of those 2 games. May try a bit more Ready or not but I'm stuck on a mission in a postal sorting office and keep getting wiped out so gave it a break for a bit.

@SuperSilverback this is good to know. I remember when it came out on 3DS and I didn't know about this feature being added. Imo it revolutionised the game and opened up so many more options for traversal and stealth sections.

@LiamCroft so you mention crouch and crawl but can you move whilst crouched like you could in the 3DS version or does moving while crouched put you in to prone like every other version? This update in the 3DS version was major imo. Great review tho.

Gotthe plat for 1 and 2 back to back. Started 3 but was a bit burned out so ended up selling it. Still got that gorgeous steel tin tho. I might grab thus digitally when its next in the sale and just wait for the upgrade as lobg as they dont ask too much for it.

It wont happen but id love to see COD fail hard and make the devs think on their toes instead of pumping out cookie cutter garbage year after year.

Yeah agree with the above. I do like some of these games the East have given us. It helps that i find the lore more interesting too.

@jgrangervikings1 the 1st beta was about 37gb i think. Im guessing the full game will be alot more unless it gives you the optionn to install single player and online seperately.

Ive never played a game in this series as i found there was just too many and would never have the time to play them all but if this is a remake of the first one i may get it. It looks lovely.

@HammerKirby3 its a great gane with a great single player. Very tactical and rewards patience and a very slow approach. If you play it like 99% of any other FPS out there you will get your ass handed to you by the CPU.

This is amazing new. I love the game but it gets bloody hard tho, even on easy.

There is room for both BF and COD. Different styles of FPS imo. I will just be playing BF6 tho 😂

Yeah @Northern_munkey i think GT7 had a specific T598 update. I didnt however try it out pre update so i couldn't compare before and after like you can. I do find the reccomended in game settings too strong tho. I think FFB is reccomended to sit on 6 but i find 4 more than enough unless i want to give my biceps a real workout. Its a shame the AI is still naff tho and they havnt implemented qualifying in to the game. For a game that claims to be "the real driving simulator" starting in last place and pplaying catch up isnt my idea of fair. Its far too easy on easy, easy on medium but make 1 mistake on hard and your starting your race again. It just feels like a strange way of doing things in this day and age.

@get2sammyb yeah id love world tour mode back. The music from Bisons stage set in the long grass is so amazing. Ive currantly got the PS1 version loaded on my snes mini just so i can expierience it.

I will wait for PS10 and get it reduced with the years 1-10 season passes.

Ready or not for me. Saying that ive purchased nothing else released this month. SF6, GT6,EA WRC and Ready or not are all ive really been playing as of late.

@Andee yeah they are steep. Can get the physical with year 1 and 2 for 43 on amazon new. Im sure they will be on offer before long.

@Andee i think it would work out as expensive or more so to buy the characters individually (which you can do from inside the game) than buying the pass. Season 3 is £24.99 i believe and an individual character is about 350 fighter coins (purchasable in game) which is about £8. It works out cheaper to buy the pass and just take the extra goodies. I think you can buy an ultimate pass that offers alot more but thats like £40

Agree with others here Bad company 2 we fantastic as was BF3 although i really like 4 too so if 6 is a mix up of those were in for a treat. It will be great to play a good game in this series again. Its long overdue.

I just mentioned exactly what you said. I was fully expecting an excuse of some sort but they added added funds back to my PS account as i origionally purchased a reduced price gift card to pay for it. Pain in the neck tho as i added a £50 gift card to my wallet 2 weeks ago before even thinking about refunding Oblivion, so ive got £110 just sitting in there now 😂

@Rich33 they actually did it! I wasnt expecting to get the refund but they actually did it.

That was a great trailer not a major spongebob fan but ive seen it a few times and this looked fun. Props to the Hoff tho. He loves giving a fun performance.

I wouldnt say battlefield is realistic as last nights long play just looked like pure chaos from what i watched but as far as keeping rediculous "celebrity" likeness out of it im all for it. As long as they dont add any pay to win mechanics in to the game and it aligns up to BF3 and 4, which it certainly looked to do, then i will probably get it. They can add all the other monetization they want, i dont buy it anyway. Ive always liked BF more than COD but tapped out after 4.

Looks good but all this swapping out stuff with 3 other characters is too complicated for my old man reactions. I will leave this to the pros i think. Couldnt even get in to MvsC.

Wont bother with the beta. Will just wait for the release and reviews/performance to drop. It looked a little too frantic for my liking during the live stream. Not many players were alive after 20 seconds of swapping to their screens.

This is awsome news. Such an amazing game but i was worried that the "sim" nature of it would turn alot of folk off. Its the type of tactical shooter ive been waiting years for. Congrats to the team for bringing over such a good game in a playable state from day 1.

Iminterested to see if they can bring back the battlefield of old. Bad company 1 and 2 and BF3 and 4 were all outstanding but everything since then has been very lack luster imo. If they can nail this game and take on board fan feedback i really think they can turn things around and hopefully challenge the also mediocre COD.

@Rich33 well i have gone through their online chat support and the case has been forwarded. I just need to wait up to 5 days for a response. Tried to get me to rebuild my database to sort the issue out but im not doing that when its clearly a software optimisation issue.

Thats one hotel i dont want to spend a night in. Game looks mad tho, i expected nothing less from this guy.

@ErrantRob doubt it, im crap 😂. Its still bloody hard with a wheel but its super fun and so much more precise. Even with a cheaper wheel like the T300rs or logitech g29 its going to add alot more to your game but these T598s are just a step ahead. @Northern_munkey isnt keen on the feel of GT7 but i absolutely love it. 5 series race tonight and after i thought my arms were going to fall off 😂 messed up aswell on the last track and came 2nd so ive got to do it all again tomorrow 🤬
