@LiamCroft dont want to read the reviews as to spoil anything but will it make sense to someone thsts never played the first game. I didnt ever get around to playing it and feel its too much of a time sink to start now. May be a youtube recap would do the trick?

After a few weeks gaming lull (my yearly "i really dont fancy playing anythin") i decided to upgrade to the switch OLED as opposed to being an early adopter of switch 2. Its got me gaming again. Metroid dread and Pokemon Arceus mainly.

This is how you treat your staff. We earnt over 200 mil last year and when the boss asked for £100 to take the staff out for a christmas drink he was told "no, its not in the budget" 😂

@Lowdefal the first one was so janky for the DC. I remember being about 14 and one of the lines a woman said to an approaching monster was "Dont come, dont come" gave me and my buddies a chuckle. Great game with the DC gun overall tho.

These games will always be useless without a lightgun. I miss playing Die hard 2 from the Die hard trilogy. Such a great lightgun game. Shame screens now days dont support the feature. I agree tho VR would be the perfect fit to release some of these games. Is sony dropped all the Time crisis games when the PSVR2 launched they would have printed money.

They would make 💵💵💵💵💵 off a switch 2 port for sure.

@Northern_munkey i hear ya man, i hear ya. Cygni looks good but twin stick is a no go for me. I cant even do 1 stick whilst firing a button lol.

@Northern_munkey This looks like a good game. Im not very good a shoot em ups at all and easily get overwhelmed by enemy fire or too much going on all at once so bullet hells are out of the question. I got one on switch the other day to go with my new arcade stick as it was £1.98 reduced from £9.99 but only got to the 3rd level. I might just have to stick to beat em ups lol. Hopefully when my adaptor comes i can bring my stick over to PS5 too. There are so many shooters/fighters on the switch its rediculous.

@Flaming_Kaiser the cabiney is pushed back quite far to the wall, about 1 inch away. Without the fans i dont think i would get the required air flow. I just UBD them to the rear of the ps5. When it comes on so do the whisper fans. As lovely as my wife is she doesnt share my love for gaming or collecting various consoles and handhelds 😂

Ive had the arcade stick out lately so i will just play some street fighter collection and maybe pick up marvel vs capcom. Cant really be bothered with heavy gaming atm.

@Flaming_Kaiser unfortunately for me an open ventilated space is out of the question as my wife doesn't want consoles etc on show and neither do i really. I want minimal clutter lol. Ive never had a problem with my PS5 getting hot or noisy at all personally and i will every 3 or 4 months clean out the fans.

@Rob_230 maybe get one of those fans that clip on the back fo push more air in. I keep mine in a cupboard with the door closed and i have mounted 2 USB PC fans in the back. 1 blowing in on the intake and one sucking out by the exhaust. Its cool when i open the door and i dont hear a thing.

I have completed most of the halo games but didnt love any of them. Completed the first one multiple times (origional and MCC) so if thats what they are bringing to the table then im deffo not eating.

@CWill97 yes, chronologically 3 is the first game in the numbered series.

Yeah i will just catch up in the morning. Not sitting up just to be disappointed again.

@Jrs1 shame you didnt get in to PGA. I DONT watch or play sport games at all and i put 156 hours in to it and got the plat. Even my wife would play 2 player with me. I was pi##ed when she got a hole in 1 before me. She made me save a video clip too 😂

EA PGA is a great game for golf fans at that price and i really enjoyed MK11. I have however picked up TLOUII and 2 point museum cheap from Amazon £22 and £18 so i really dont need to get anything else atm. Not if i dont want the wife to turn my balls in to a pair of Earings anyway.

Came here to say i loved Ninja scroll, VHD and Street fighter as a kid. I also loved the Crying freeman series. I had those on triple VHS.

Jiggle physics will be dialled to 12 for this game. If its a gacha then im out.

@Northern_munkey been weighing up the money situation and apart from the lack of storage space i dont really have the disposal income atm.

After a few weeks of going off gaming and only playing for the odd 10 minutes before "i really cant be bothered" sets in im starting to go through the Mass Effect trilogy via the legacy collection. Apart from that not alot really.

@get2sammyb i use the Miyoo mini + for anything not needing a stick but Ive got the RP4 pro for everything else and cant stand it. For anything that uses sticks i just find them overly sensitive. Sensitive isnt the word really as its more the ease of travel and the ahort distance until you hit full tilt the sticks have. Games like Fzero GX and waverace just dont feel good to play on it. Either not responsive enough or too sensitive.

Yeah id love to see a tiered list maybe games from 99p-£5, £5-£10, £10-£15 etc. Ive really started to change the way i purchase now very rarely going for games day 1 and have found some great games in the lower price ranges.

@Northern_munkey yeah man, you too. Ive been toying with another wheel but i just dont have the room for another complete rig. I do regret selling mine but it just wasnt getting the use.

@Northern_munkey same here. Ive thought about getting one over the last couple of months but have come to thr same conclusion as you. I dont need one. Especially at a time where ive been getting gamers block and just dont really fancy playing anything atm.

Another one for the "wait for a sale" pile. These devs are making the decision quite easy as of late.

Yeah i will. Its not alot and the challenges were terrible implemented but it was nice to get a little back on digital purchases to put towards a £5 or £10 voucher. Oh well, i will go back to buying cheap credit from online retailers and waiting for deeper sales.

Fell off this game during chapter 2 but im glad this game is doing so well considering the size of the team and the retail price. They did a great job.

I dont own a PC but i will defenately be checking out some of the mods 👀. Anyway, great game and i hope it sells bucket loads on PC.

@Nei lets hope so. Ive nearly got the plat for it. Just 1 more trophy to go. It would be great to have some incentive to go a 4th time.

@Kraven i cant remember its name. It was part way through chapter 2 tho. I tried 3 time and it wiped out most of my party within 2 hits.

Fallen off gaming a bit lately. Gave up on Expedition 33 after getting stuck on a boss. Been playing a bit of Fzero 99 and Luigis mansion on the switch but thats really about it. I tend to get a bit of gamers block every year where i just dont fancy playing anything.

I dont even subscribe to base + anymore. I dont really play online unless something comes along that take mine and my friends fancy and i never get round to playing the monthly games. I will sub on a month to month basis if required.

Probably my favorite game of last year. Half way through a 3rd playthrough. Guess i will have to do a 4th to get the rest of the costumes.

I didnt play DS but its good that he does what he want and doesn't pander to what others want him to make.

I was going to say this but didnt want to sound pedantic. If were really going there id drop the "vinyl" all together and call them what they are, records.

This sounds quite good actually. Another one to watch out for.

As a record collector myself this would be pretty cool to own.
