Re: Soapbox: Why I'm Not Expecting a PS5, PS4 Press Conference from PlayStation Next Month

I think as console demand is still far out stripping supply it has no need to push further system sellers just yet as the early adopters and the effort involved in procuring a ps5 means your likely a big fan and will have bought the available first party titles. Sony knows its on to a winner with ps5 and will start pushing big again when there is enough ps5's in the wild to try convince casuals to pick one up or people in team red or green to switch sides. As for ps4 I imagine it's hit every target it ever set for that one

@MSXSPS some serious money that will be even already absorbing the assumed losses from game pass? I suppose this is why Sony focuses on its own output of quality single player titles and doesn't get drawn into trying to compete? I have all PS and Xbox apart from current gen I was more 360 than ps3 but this generation cemented me as a Sony gamer I think can't get on with the Xbox 1 at all UI is horrible. If I were able to justify jumping to next gen would definitely be ps5 for me just because you know the quality that the studios are going to keep pumping out for the whole generation.
