SP should hire more devs and make a game with big town(s)

Nothing hype in these trailers unfortunately. The map looks almost exactly like Tsushima. Each trailer is empty areas with bunch of dumb enemies.

Day 1, PushSquare with lowest score.

10/10 Best metroidvania i have played.

But i can understand if someone find it too punishing and rate it a bit lower.

And the game will be as big as first Hollow Knight. Buying this on PS5 and Switch 2. 😎

There will be a lot of talk about this game after release and they have planned multiple dlc for the ''coming months and years''. Hollow Knight is here to stay. 😂

@Kierant202 Yeah, i liked SB but that game didn't reinvent the wheel either and did borrow stuff from Soulslikes and many action games. Has just serviceable combat.

Overall score in OpenCritic based on 52 reviews is 77. It's not as bad as trolls in comment section trying to make it.

Bought this and it's a lot of fun. If you loved the main game, it's recommended.

Many studios won't bother to do enhancements or they will release crappy updates. Enhancements are not mandatory even for new games...

The problem of PRO is, base console is good enough, i mean much better than what PS4 was 4 years after release. 😛

Even though i got enough money to buy it, i hardly see any reason to do it, aside from FF7 Rebirth and this is thanks to Square being lazy to improve base PS5 version.

Terrible investment that media is trying to push and help Sony selling overpriced hardware. Then 2 years later will striggle to hit over 45fps 🤣

Another thing: Sony is trying to get rid of physical so people buy only from their online store. I live in Europe and all retailers currently have available PRO for pre-order, none of them sell disc drive for Slim/PRO! Sony don't restock these for months.
Less options for consumers.

Sadly this is the worst PS gen by far for me. Game development is longer than ever, studios has to pump remasters and GaaS games with questionable quality, so they can fund SP projects. It's not what fans of the brand want at all.
Things will get only worse with constant layoffs and studio closures if one game don't make enough profits.

Oh, and i'm baffled PS5 Pro is coming. For what lmao, there are barely any PS studios games out this gen and the handful available run with rock-solid 60fps.

I saw this coming watching few early streams during past day.
Just waiting for my physical Dragon's Dogma 2 copy.

I mean not a bad game, but it's one of these ''fast food'' type of AAA experiences that you beat in one day and never think about booting them ever again. There is no replay value, nothing.

Games on PS5 i enjoyed more than Spider-Man 2 last year
Baldur's Gate 3, Alan Wake 2, Lies of P, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Humanity, Sea of Stars, Armored Core VI, SW Jedi Survivor..

Bruh, i have seen people defending live service focus of Sony before, but it's such a bad look when they reveal 3-4 of these that look samey and only one single player experience.

These remakes cost a lot to develop. Obviously Capcom won't put huge budget on much less popular, non-mainline entries.
It is what it is i guess. I also wish Naughty Dog remaked something else instead of TLOU.... but money talks.
