Started the alone in the dark with the dude from stranger things yesterday so mainly that, along with some Roadcraft.

I forgot about Ill as soon as the trailer ended, I’ll probably immediately forget about it again as soon as I swipe back.

Outside of resident evil and whatever the hell that yakuza game is called It felt like geaofffefest was playing the same three trailers on repeat for two hours. Rated it poor.

I personally paid game science not to release black myth on Xbox for one year because Phil Spencer cut me off in traffic. It cost me onto the tens of dollars. 💸

@Oz_Who_Dat_Dare the image was so soft I paused the video halfway through to make sure that YouTube didn’t auto select 720p, it was set to 4K60, my internet is 400Mbps download so I think im good there too. maybe you should suggest that I get my eyes checked next, but I had that done recently too.

All I noticed was how blurry the tech demo was and npc looking like dogs**t, nothing jaw dropping.

I think I’m reaching my fill of roadcraft so I might start Jusant or the alone in the dark with the cop from stranger things to avoid video game brain collapse

I found space marine to be such a miserable slug when I played it on PS3 I think Microbox is doing PlayStation users a favour making this remaster a timed exclusive.

I’ll be trying to play life of strange double exposure. So far it feels like I’m playing a Disney Channel show made for adults so it may be abandoned before the weekend is over. Other than that I’ll give the precinct another go but it’s also not tickling my gaming pickle so who knows maybe I’ll finally play one the dozens of point-and-click adventures I keep on buying on gog on sale.

This sounds more like making sure that series and one games will run on the alleged handheld Xbox is working on more than bringing over OG Xbox games

We all know Xbox’s historic big three are blinx, brute force and kameo and not this gears of halos kart racer nonsense.

Just think if Microsoft didn’t spend $80 billion all of these games would be in the exact same place on PlayStation charts except forza 5 which would still be a Xbox exclusive.

Good stuff but I still can’t get over warhorse’s attempted studification of Henry. First quest I embarked on after i finished the prologue was to find a barber to revert Henry back to looking like a doofus.

This bland dude will be playing Kingdom come 2, lost record and tomb raider 3 on the 5pro and sims 4 on the lappytop.

I built a pc in September and bought a pro in November in anticipation of price spikes happening, so I’m good. Buying the pc was probably a mistake though.

The thing I miss the most about the ps2 era is that the console price went down over time. I know that this Gen got whacked by Covid, supply shortages, inflation and now dementia Donny running amok but the blow of my $450cad almost launch ps2 crapping out was offset by a new ps2 costing $250 to $300 less.

I now understand how my grandmother must have felt when I attempted to teach her how to use windows xp. I’m to old for pulls I guess.

My premium subscription is up for renewal just before the price increase, this will be the last yearly resubscribe for me. The cost has surpassed the value.

I’ll be playing kcd 2 on the ps5pro. Cyberpunk 2077 on my pc with all the fancy traced rays at 40fps/120hz and a bunch of sims 4.

I pre ordered coe33 from amazon.ca with a price error back in December, unsurprisingly amazon didn’t have enough stock to meet preorder demand or my order. No delivery date estimate either. I’m going to hold out to see if amazon eats the loss and ships me the game or cancels my order.

for unknown reasons I can’t get excited to play oblivion again, played 100+ hours on the ps3 but have no nostalgia for oblivion apparently.

I’ll be forgetting that I now have a horse so I don’t need to walk everywhere in kingdom come deliverance 2 and I’ll be playing tomb raiders 2 & underworld

I need to give bg3 another go with some of the mods and on toddler difficulty. I liked it but I’m not familiar with d&d and I kept f**king up the minor stuff.

The swi2ch being a slightly beefier ps4 is nothing to throw temper tantrum about.

I felt this way about going from Wii u to switch. the Wii u was full of Nintendo charm, the switch on the other hand felt like an early prototype that was never updated.

I was wondering if the physical version of Indy circles on ps5 would contain a working version of the full game on disc but I guess the answer to that is no.

I can’t say I enjoyed when I would binge a game and then have dreams about running around endless random corridors with disappearing enemies all night, but the most that ever cost me was 100$ and not the billions bigtech is spending on this crap.

I’ll be playing atomfall on the 5pro, jet grind radio, jet set radio future on the pc and will be constantly bungling assassinations in hitman on psvr2.

As someone who has been slogging through yakuza zero for the last seven years, more cut screens would feel like a repeated kick to the gut, less cut screens on the other hand would be fantastic

I was expecting the s2 to be expensive, but not that expensive and Nintendo seems to be nickeling and diming you on everything else, so probably a pass at launch and I’ll just wait for more exclusives to come out.

I plan on buying the switch 2 at some point but I can’t say I’m all to excited, mainly hoping that it’s backwards compatibility boost resolution.
I except s2 to be ps4 equivalent in power but with ray tracing and dlss which is more than adequate. Price 500 to 550 cad.
