If the vehicle ping pong around d with no damage I loose interest immediately. I’ll take a look though

My view is that at its current state it’s good. Imagine if they keep working on it like no mans sky or cyberpunk ..

I’m not sure I’ll get time to play. So many great games out and my backlog is impossible.

I always remember my dream as a kid to be able to buy any game or console when I’m older. Well at 52 I have arrived and it feels just as good as I imagined.

I was almost sold on this , but AI characters playing and winning the game puts me off. Where would the gameplay be?

I want to get into a good racer, but I can’t stand the lack of damage. When I see the car ping pong against obstacles and still remain pristine it irks me. Wreckfest solved the itch , so wreckfest 2 is the only other racer on my list.

I’ll always try and pump physical as you can sell it when completed, bored of it or lend it to friends

I’m on a watchlist for the physical

It made me seasick so sold it. However the experience was mind blowing and I think there are a good collection of games. It’s a niche piece of kit and a now at a good price.

I think it will be a hit. From what I see the gameplay looks great.

Had a friend who purchased a pc engine & a bunch of games from Japan, as soon as they were released. He kindly lent it me and my brother and that same week school was cancelled because of snow. Right up there with my most magical gaming memories.

That’s the capper for me. The stick drift issue irked me a lot, but this is the final straw.
I’ve enjoyed my ps5, but I’ll be going PC after this.

I just want to play the first one again. I don’t fancy buying the bundle and so don’t feel it’s worth it. That was the best ps1 game for me

It’s still one of my go to games.. I like mastering a character finding your characters nemesis and then trying that character.

Purchased this ages ago and never gave it enough time. Great that everyone is loving the game. Just so many great games out there, I don’t have enough time to devote.

Defo a physical purchase from me. Il play it and pass it on to my nephew or eBay.
Not sure why people think the whole game should be on the disk. I get that it’s nice to have, but when they are constantly being patched it doesn’t matter.

I’m bored of Mario Kart. It really needs an overhaul, maybe a bit more gritty or just something different. So as I’m bored of Mario kart , sonic racing doesn’t stand a chance despite it being a good game. There are just so many good games coming out too and my backlog is already impossible to keep up to date.

My eyes don’t pick up the difference.

I don’t think gaming has ever been better. Just wish I had the time and not feel guilty about wasting it on a weekend gaming

This was a game that bored me and instrumental in giving up gaming for a number of years.

So big budgets don’t necessarily mean great games. Lessons learnt?

I was 11 when I watched it on video cassette in 1985.
I don’t mind that it’s short & pants down balls out excited to play this tomorrow.

@dapinionated ha - id sooner just have working controllers. I mean I’ve still got my original snes and ps1 controllers, both work great. Not too much to ask for.

Maybe concentrate on stick drift.
Enjoyed the ps4 & ps5, but I’ll stick to PC if this isn’t resolved for PS6.
There should be a compensation scheme for it.

The stick drift killed it for me. I was sick of sending the ps4 ones back to Amazon and Year later I’m still doing it with ps5.
Other than that great console.

Hopefully they don’t also rip their client base off with stick drift controllers

It’s great for playing Indy games in bed before sleep.

Not sure why there is such a noise about the single player game. This is a multiplayer game and glad that the emphasis is on that.
I’ve not played it as it’s not my type of game, but love hearing people are having a blast.

Would be nice for a firmware to fix stick drifting unless that’s just not a problem for Sony

Don’t show me a picture of outrun and then not release it. I’d pay good money for the switch 60fps arcade outrun , just name your price

Loved it at the start. Some of the later levels were just a bit too confusing for my young niece

@nomither6 Drift can’t be mentioned enough. It makes me hate PlayStation for thinking it ok to not fully acknowledge it as a major issue. Scum bags.

@Dalamar yes I was in for a switch 2, but that was a deal breaker for me. Its not changed much since Wii u. I’d like to see a grittier version, a full revamp.

@LifeGirl totally agree. I’m going pc next and the stick drift sealed that.
